Great entertaining atmosphere outside by the bar. Food was very good
Fabulous food, entertainment and friendly locals. We love this place every time we go!
Fun place good food and great service thanks
Visited on Saturday afternoon. Restaurant has an attached outside bar area, but opted for inside seating. Restaurant very nice, table cloths, linen napkins and such. Seated quickly and service was spot on. Ordered up the beer batered onion ring appetizer, very good. Ordered the stuffed grouper & queen cut prime rib. Both delicious. The di have a 3.5% fee for credit card use...but reasonable nowadays.Great dining experience. Out the door with tip $80. Very much worth it.
Been here many times and love the place. Came on a Friday. Inappropriate Wait staff “calm down we only have 5 servers”. We had only waited a few minutes and we’re not upset at all. His comments were a completely negative. Left after a beer as the person acting as wait staff was all wrong !!! Ate take out from papa joe’s. Needs to rethink his career choices
You wouldn't know by just driving by that this place has such good quality food. Yes it's a really fun bar outside boasting live entertainment, but inside is a nice quiet dining space. Even with the current typical staffing shortedges they were able to accommodate our table of five promptly and we received all of our meals cooked to order (four steak dinners and one blackened Mahi Mahi dinner). All of the staff was friendly and attentive, especially Gene the manager. Overall a great experience. We're locals and we'll definitely be back with our visiting guests.
We've been told my multiple people who spend their winters in Cape Coral that this is their favorite place to eat. So we thought we'd give it a go. Well from the outside it looks like a dive bar and it basically is. The inside tries to pass itself off as a fine dining establishment. But it isn't. The food and service however are of fine dining quality. We didn't have a reservation and they accommodated us quickly by moving some tables together and the server, who was extremely busy, came over to the table immediately to introduce herself. I had the stuffed grouper and another in the group had the snapper. Both of us said it was probably the best meal we've had all week. Kudos to the chef. Don't let the looks fool you. It has good food and is worth the stop.
Excellent food! I had the Grouper stuffed with crab. Absolutely delicious, I've salivated at the memory several times. We sat inside, as the outside bar area had a singer or karaoke (not sure) which it was very loud. Inside was pleasant, although tables are really packed together.
I have been coming to your establishment for the last 4 years and never been so disrespect then we were tonight. We brought you three new couple that were appalled on your attitude on a freaking table. We normally leave a 30 % tip on our bill but we left you nothing. Please do better. Your customers are your bread and butter and deserve your upmost respect. So disappointed in your service and attitude tonight.
We were looking forward to dinner here, especially since we could make a reservation for the dining room. Seated quickly and our server got our drinks in a timely fashion. Downhill from there. The restaurant was very busy on a Friday night and it was almost an hour before our entrees arrived. The only one who enjoyed their meal ordered three appetizers - chicken wings, grouper bites and tater tots. Bar food, which is what we should have stuck to. I couldn't even chew my medium rare prime rib, it was so tough. And my veggies were overcooked. No problem with the baked potato. My husband thought his fish and chips were among the worst he has had, also overdone. He was glad he didn't get the all-you-can-eat fish & chip special as it was more expensive. My sister had shrimp scampi - a strange cream sauce and too many capers. This restaurant had a number of very pricey specials. Based on what we had, glad we didn't splurge.
