Food was very good. Guys were friendly and served a lot of food compared to Chipotle. I liked to eat here.

Disappointed honestly. My mom and I went for a quick lunch after running some errands and the food was mediocre. I hadn't had Moe's in a long time and I was excited for it! I got the burrito bowl which was cold, bland and the chips were stale. Cleanliness of drink machines, counters, booths & floors were pretty gross. They had some young staff working who were nice, but the overall experience from the food and atmosphere was pretty bad.
This was my first time and the food was amazing. I didn't thing I would eat the whole thing but I did. I will definitely have to go again.
Just stopping by to appreciate the staff in Cape coral you guys are always friendly food always delicious!! Emily(with the pink hair) and I think his name is Zach and Manny are the ATeam!! But all in all your staff is amazing!!
Didn't even get my meat in my crunch wrap and they forgot the crunch... Place being ran by a bunch of kiddos oh well place used to be good Chipotle here I come.
Food display was sloppy, also my burrito was cold there was not any heat under the meats.Burrito fell apart when I opened it, sloppy dis proportioned mess sorry guys 2/5 for this location

I have no idea what is going on in this location, but some of the employees shouldn’t work there if they hate their job that bad, I’ve always came to this moes on Monday’s and other days and love it, but lately it has been a disaster. For example about 3 weeks ago I came on Monday since it’s moes Monday and got charged full price. When I brought it up to the employee he simply mumbled and gave me a 10% military discount!?like some people go to moes Monday’s to save money and have difficult situations. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with this. I have other bad experiences lately too. And somehow it’s always the same two employees.
Food was great as always but if your looking for decent service dont come later in the day. Workers were rude and were really passive aggressive. I worked in the food industry and I know that there are some bad nights but never does that hault the customer service aspect.
