Had a wonderful experience this past Sunday. My little girl clan and I arrived at 12:00 right when they were to open and were greeted by the owners. We were notified that they were short staffed and there would be a slight delay as to when the frozen yogurt would be ready. Although I had 4 hungry little girls, we patiently waited outside while they played with the Connect Four Toy out front with no complaint. Once we were able to get in about 20 mins later, we all got our treats and were seated inside. The owner thanked us for being so patient and presented all the girls with Peppa Pig ear headbands! We love Menchies and visit quite often, so of course it was worth the wait :)
Sour gummy worms, blue gummy sharks, gumny bears all the stuff my girls love! Their favorite flavor is ice cream sandwich and the new flavor for April just the cookie is yummy. Typically most of these little shops don't have windows and are not as wide open as menchies in the coral walk shopping center next to chic fil a and Panera bread . I always go have sushi next door to koto sushi and walk next door to enjoy a healthy frozen yogurt cup. There's so many dinner choices next door I always choose one and then go to enjoy frozen yogurt and not feel so guilty about the calories ! There's so many toppings to choose from and I love their cool whip . A plus location a plus staff of gals
Everything is fabulous . I just want to highlight how much everyone enjoyed the fro yo cake! It was delicious and incredibly cute. Will be ordering another one for my niece’s birthday. Thank you for making it special for her.
this place is so amazing and keeps up with the current times. the owner understands that technology is a vital part of running a business and defends his/her employees when people leave bad reviews about employees checking their phones for work purposes. i haven’t been here in so long but i had to acknowledge that the owner is so responsive and sweet and easygoing. this is really an awesome place but it got 10x better seeing how the owner treats their customers. absolutely immaculate. i have never seen customer service like this!
Rude staff! She really only cared about texting on her cell the entire time we were there. I walked in went up to the register to have the cashier check the balance on my gift cards. I asked her and she just looked at me and didn’t speak. A lady walked up to check out and she just turned and started helping her. I stepped to the side so the lady could pay. After the lady paid, I gave her my gift cards to check again. Without saying much she grab the cards and scanned them telling me that the balance was saying zero but I needed to call the number on the back to check for myself. Once we paid and sat down, I called the number on the back and both of the gift cards did have a balance. When we got up to leave I told the cashier that there was in fact money on both cards. I guess I was expecting her to speak or maybe apologize but again she just looked at me. Her cell phone then made a noise like she got a text message, so she just grabbed her cell phone to check her message. Literally the worse customer service I have ever had at this location. Maybe it’s just me but I definitely do not like to see staff paying attention to their cell phones and not guests. She made me feel uncomfortable like we were bothering her.*** Thank you for your very professional and educated response to my very honest and accurate review of your establishment. I can see that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree with your staff. They were apparently trained by the best.***
I’ve been coming here for years and I love all of the alternating flavors that they offer! There was never a time when I left disappointed. When I want something sweet, they are the first place I think of to eat at and Menchie’s is definitely one of the places I wanted to eat at before I go back to college!
My wife and I walked in and were immediately greeted by Breanna, Who was running the entire store by herself! Cleaning tables and floors and was ready for us as soon as we were ready to pay, there was a problem with the computer system but she quickly manually entered my credit card, she was professional and courteous and made sure we were satisfied, great customer service and flavors as this location! We have been regulars now for about 2 years. Every time we come into this location it’s always super clean, friendly staff, and all around great recommendations! I’ve never thought to write a review until we met the owner today!!! Menchies is the all around perfect date night or family outing!
I absolutely loved it. The shop is clean with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. Toppings were fresh and delicious. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Very helpful and friendly, I just can’t say enough about them. Will definitely be returning. It was the best treat on a typical Florida day
My first time at Menchie’s and it was a great experience. Bree greeted me with a huge smile and a cheerful “Welcome to Menchie’s!” Brooke showed me the process, she was great (and funny)! It was also very clean, festive and welcoming. Now we get to the best part. The amount of flavors and toppings they have is incredible. Nuts, fruits, candies, fudges, brownies - I was awestruck! My choice was a chocolate dipped waffle chip, vanilla frozen yogurt topped with fudge, caramel and whipped cream. Honestly, you would never know that you weren’t eating ice cream, it was delicious! BUT, the chocolate dipped waffle chip, OH MY GOODNESS! Best waffle chip I’ve ever had, you could tell it was fresh and I couldn’t get enough! Check out was easy and quick, Bree was so friendly and polite. I would have posted a picture, but I ate it all in the car on the way home! Already planning my next trip back to try some of the other flavors!
