The manager seems too busy making jokes and playing on her phone to make sure the food is prepared correct. The fries had no salt extremely bland while only being half cooked and the burgers seem intentionally burnt. The food is inedible at this point. And I feel like I've been robbed of my time gas and money. Thanks for ruining the last meal of the day. I'll be coming back tomorrow to make a formal complaint.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We went through the drive-thru, The Voice came on and said "what can I get for you". We pulled up to the window and the girl handed out the bag and said, NOT 1 WORD. She did not even bother to look our way. We WILL NOT go back to this McDonald's at all!
We order from here all the time and who ever the manager is at 4:00 - HE'S Awesome! Always so nice and polite, the staff there are super nice when we go in or the drive thru. I understand why it takes time there are not enough people who want to work, I give them an A for effort and pleasantry.
Went to the drive-through ordered a regular iced tea, shouldn’t be that hard. Got on the road and realized it was a sweet tea. Disgusting.
Ordered on the App arrived only to find out their system was down but the MOD was gracious enough to put my order together anyway. She was polite and friendly. Sad to see fast food restaurants still getting under four stars, never have a problem with this McDonald's fries are always fresh, nuggets ask for fresh simple order i always get so the food always comes out good.
I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese plain. It was cold, dry, old, disgusting and inedible. I wish I could have put zero stars.They were also too lazy to make a plain sandwich so they just scraped the toppings off of one which was already made. You can see the ketchup and mustard stains on the bread. (REALLY?!) I should have just took the five bucks and threw it in the garbage.
Can't even get a two item ticket right. Also don't check their expiration dates because the previous time before this served spoiled milk in their cappuccino.

This McDonalds has gone down the trash! This used to be the best one in town. Last few times ive gone.. I have to reheat my food at home!Today.They gave me a watered down milkshake. It was literally chocolate milk.. it wasnt for me. So, I sat in the curbside for my Quarter Lb meal for almost 20 mins!! I get that purposely cuz its usually hot & fresh. I had her get me another milkshake (water consistency still) if ur machine is broken tell people . Dont charge them. I waited 20 mins for my fresh meal only to have an unmarked McDonalds box in my bag and a COLD WEIRD FLAT unfamiliar burger patty. It was terrible. Fries were cardboard & other burger was cold. I will drive somewhere else... and its 5 mins from my house. DO NOT GO HERE!
