Literally terrible experience. Took over 25 mins to get food and when I did get my food I had 2 hairs stuck in the cheese of my McChicken. I had a mobile order. So gross.
I don’t know what kind of degree you need to work at McDonald’s but this one must have flunkies! Every time the order is messed up or cold. Tonight was a repeat performance of the past! Told the person buying to STOP going to this location!! Seriously people just read the ticket when you’re pulling the food! You might want to stop making food so far ahead of time so that it’s edible too.
u ordered my 6 pc nugget kids meal with buffalo sauce. the food is good but they didn’t give me the sauce. do you know how upset this makes me? then i tried calling and they didn’t answer.?terrible service?
Their ice machine was broken & we couldn't get milkshakes otherwise I'd give them a 4 star review.Drive thru was quick, food was still hot & they got our order correct the 1st time.. which is more than I can say for most McD drive thru in this area.
Stated on multiple areas on the building that the all day dining in was “24 hours”. it was not! We tried to go in and the employees were rude. Do not recommend this McDonald’s, very disappointed.
They take forever. I was stuck in the drivethru line for 30mins. And it took another 20 min to get my food.
The amount of times ive gone here for the fries and leave with bland sticks of potato with no salt is ridiculous. I have two large fries here at home and have to resort to spraying them with pam to get salt to stick. For food thats already gross I don’t want to add spray oil-Edit- went again today and asked for a dr pepper no ice, no ice because I know what their ice bucket looks like and it’s disgusting. They gave me a dr pepper with ice and I asked them to remake it without. Told me No, and that there working on their soda machine. DONT SELL ME SOMETHING IF YOU CANT MAKE GOOD ON THE DEAL. Wasted my money on a soda that im not going to drink and no refund
Pure trash, incompetent management & employees, girl trys to hands me a ice tea that over flowed dripping from her hand & cup. I didn't get all my food. I went back in to get it was still given wrong sandwich & they threw the food so hard down the slide the wrapper came off & the mcnugget boxes opened. The guy in back ran out the sandwich back together, rewrapped _ gave it to me while the young boy manager (dirty & unprofessionally dressed) stood by and watched. I asked for corporate # I was told they were not allowed to give it out at this location...DO NOT GO HERE THEY PLAY WITH YOUR FOOD
This morning (Friday, April 29 at 9:50am) the woman at the pick up window was so kind. I’ve had a string of really hard days and her simply saying “have a great day, love” made me cry! Also the foot was hot and fresh! Happy to have went to your store today :)
