I haven't been here for a while but........the quality of the food just isn't the same. The burgers used to be so well constructed that nothing hung out of the bun. Now, they're nothing but a mess. I'll try again sometime in the future.
Went here and I was serve cold fries. You would say why didn’t you complain when you were there thank you for asking. The reason I didn’t was because I trusted them to give me hot fries and here I was 3 miles far when I decided to start eating my fries and to my upset they were cold. With gas so expensive I said it wasn’t worth my trip or gas to go back and complain at the restaurant. My advice don’t go here if they mess up fries who knows what else are they doing bad. Please don’t do this to customers and have more integrity.
I just got back from this McDonald's and, as a rule, I did not have high expectations because the food and service are usually below par at this location. I was the only one in the drive through I was surprised that they pulled me forward after a huge order of one McDouble w/no pickles or onions and one medium fry. They told me they just put fries down and please pull forward. I asked, really, for a fry and double? and nobody was behind me! I thought, well, at lease they fries will be hot and fresh and They were too, at least the top ones, the bottom half were old, cold, and thin & hard. after taking a bite out of the DBL I thought they forgot the catsup and mustard so I opened and saw someone had taking an already made burger, wiped off the condiments, and served it which explained why it was cold. They managed to leave several onions on it and also wiped all the mustard and catsup off. The burger was given a burial in the garbage disposal and the fries are in the trash (I was afraid they might break disposal!) I don't want anything back or free-Why would I want to go back.This McDonald's use to be the worst but got better and became one of the best. Unfortunately it's bad again and has been for the last four times I visited. Those visits had several issues from having mac sauce on my quarter pounder deluxe instead of mayo and catsup and cold nasty fries among other issues like cold filet of fish and nuggets. I spent a half of a dozen years of my life working at mcdonald's in two states (including training at HU) several decades ago and we use to take pride in what we served, our motto was if you wouldn't eat it, don't serve it. Maybe someone can change it back to being top notch, however, until then, I have taken this store out of places to get food for the family
I asked for a happy meal with extra pickles and extra onions and got one pickle and light onions. I also asked for the apple slices and got the double fries. I was asked to wait and repeat my order. The woman in line behind me got mad at me, as if it was my fault, and switched to the other lane. Anyway, all the wait, getting yelled at, and repeating the order and they still messed up the order.
This cape coral pkwy location has got to be the worst in the county! They always and I mean ALWAYS mess something up in order...it's quite amazing actually. Last week they even brought the wrong item out 3 times! I thought with the pay raise they would get a great group of employees but sadly it seems that this new wave of entitled employees are far worse than before.
Mc muffin was cold and so hard felt like a brick @630am??♀️ I ended up taking bread off if I wanted no bun I would’ve asked for that I live 1 minute away from this one and would rather drive 10-15 minutes to another one because it’s always something wrong. was going to call or take it back but didn’t even bother to get myself all riled up that early in the morning just know I won’t spend another penny with these ppl and health department needs to be involved
I don’t usually dis on fast food because I don’t expect much but this restaurant was awful. I received my order completely innocently, I went inside to get it fixed the employees just left me standing there with no help. The manager who did help me I read as possibly the gm he corrected my order although the food given was cold. I didn’t receive any type of apology quite frankly nobody seemed to care the usual. Definitely need to find new management, this is really ridiculous I spent my hard earned money and received this type of product. Really disappointing.
Ordered a meal thru the drive thru, person didn’t ask if I wanted a medium or large then assumed I wanted a medium. When I noticed I told the manager I wanted a large and he proceeded to get an attitude with me. I believe his name was Ben, he’s a manager he was extremely rude.
They messed up our order, forgot food. We had to wait exceptionally long just for this to be what they served us.
