When you pull through the drive thru the pre-recorded voice screams “HI WELCOME TO MY MCDONALDS WILL YOU BE USING THE MCDONALDS APP TODAY?!?!?” It’s annoying as hell. Also the ice cream machine never works. Go to Publix next door and have you a nice pub sub instead or subway.
I have been repeatedly done wrong by this location and tonight tops it off, I order my usual instead of 2 cheeseburgers I receive 2 patties in a box and my fries thrown in the bag upside down, terrible customer service and rude people every single time. The food is always cooked well but hey its McDonald's. I beelive all taff should be re trained at this location
My wife and I had burgers for lunch, the ¼ pounders with cheese were just fine, the ice cream machine was working this time. The small french fries were warm and tasty. Almost no one in the dining room so it was clean as could be. Pleasant experience.
The manager's of all 24 hour shifts are remarkable, they are devoted and 100 % efficient , dedicated and strive for customer satisfaction. As well as the McDonalds working crew.. gotta luv these people.....
Got some delicious vanilla shakes. The inside was under construction, so soon it should be nice and beautiful inside.
Compared to store at pine island and Santa Barbara this is a snail. Very slow at lunch. Sat in drive through 25 minutes. Must have less workers than Santa Barbara. Or just less skilled Then when you get to the call box there's a recording at full volume. Food is accurate though. But still don't be in a hurry inside or out
The drive through people need some training on how to do their job and customer service gave my order and then a completely different person hops on the mic and asks for my order again. So I asked "didn't someone just take my f'ing order?" They have the audacity to tell me I don't need to cuss. Only two people in this world can tell me how to talk and the drive through guy ain't one of them.
hate how you have to drive through the parking lot twice.. once to pick up food and again to leave, but the people waiting in line won't let you through. elapsed time for drive thru was like 28 minutes. and even if we changed our minds we were stuck and couldn't leave.
Stopped to get a couple Egg Mc Muffins with sausage to take fishing, when the price came to 8 dollars, I told them to keep them. Went to Publix, bought a dozen eggs, a bag of muffins and a roll of Jimmy Dean sausage, and cooked a dozen that tasted way better for the same amount. Price gouging at it's worse
Much more than expected! Beautiful displays, touch tanks and wonderful interaction stations. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Bravo for their research and conservation efforts!!
