For 15 a hour u would think they could get the order right I come up there every day an have to go inside or back through Drive-Thru every single time either I'm missing something or it's not what I ordered tonight I had ordered a double quarter pounder no onion an I got a double quarter pounder with onion mayo lettuce umm mayo an lettuce does not come on it patty was also under cook was very pinkit is sad that I don't work there an now the menu better most McDonald's workers are rude an do not deserve the 15 there pushing for this is a everyday routine now it's starting to seem like they just don't like nor care about the job or customer need better management
This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Every time I come here, I regret it. Because they mess up the order every.single.time. Also, it takes FOREEVR o get the food. Normally 15 minutes. Mine was ready in 5 so I was so ecstatic that I didn’t even bother looking inside (stupid, I know) I drove all the way home and they forgot my fries. Well since I let it slide last time, this time I was not letting iit slide. I drove all the way back and explained. The manager said she bagged my food and there was no fries. That’s a lie, and after she rang in all the food for a refund the amount was the exact same as what charged my card. $9.56. 4 hamburgers, 4 pc nugget and med fry. She tried saying I was lying and didn’t purchase the fries. She refunds the money and I patiently waited another 10 min, finally I ask “where’s my food” and she tells me I’m not getting my food, I got the refund. Now I can’t buy the food cuz it’s already refunded. I’m furious, ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?! This is how you treat people? Customers?! I used a few swear words, nothing different than I say with my friends or she says with her friends. She made a big deal so I did too. Insanely terrible, absolute worst experience ever. I worked at McDonald’s for years and I never seen anything like this. This woman needs to be fired. It’s a sad world we live in today where someone gets home, drives back because YOUR mistake, $5/gal gas and your only offer is “here’s the fries WE forgot to put in your bag.” Trash company, trash store, trash manager, I’ll never go back. Nobody should go here. The one on del Prado is 24/7 with less traffic and better service.
27.57. for 4 breakfast sandwiches 2 drinks and 4 hashbrowns.... Sorry but it's cheaper to sit down and eat in a restaurant....You know things are going to hell when you need a loan at McDonald's.....WOW.. maybe I'm just cheap. Lol
Service was fast but all my food was cold and old.
They were having issue with mobile orders (no way for me to know that before placing the order), and when I got there they couldn't find the order. They wanted me to re-order AND re-pay! I payed for my first order, and they did absolutely nothing to try and make that right. I payed for food, and walked out with nothing. If you ask them though, "It's not their problem"
I get the same order everyday threw drive thru, and it's a sausage McGriddle with cheese and a pull apart glazed donut.im Lucky if the get it correct once a week..thos morning I I had to get out of my car and go back in because they didn't make the order right even after her they repeated it back to me three times first where I paid she repeated it back and it was correct then where you pull up to get your food the kid kept saying the wrong order when he was giving it to me and I kept repeating that it was the wrong order I had to go back in the store because he still gave me the wrong order where the manager made it for me handed it to me told me it was right how sorry she was I got home it was wrong this is crazy I will never go back to that store again tomorrow I have to because I'm bringing my I'm saved everything in the bag we're not even eating it I'm bringing it back I want my money back on my card absolutely ridiculous

I do not recommend this mcdonalds at all they messed my order up the last four times I was there services was slow and they got very upset when when I took my food back for them to fix mcdonalds is usually one of my favorite fast food places I love the fries bit will never return to this one after the last three visits I've had very nasty food and services each time the and the people that worked there was rude and couldn't of cared about the service they gave or provided ill never go there again to this one and it's right near my house there's better ones
WATER IS DISGUSTING, my watcher came out red with dirt and particles in it. DONT RECOMMENDED THIS MCDONALDS WHAT SO EVERRRR!!!!
