Worst management, rude and refused to give my husband our receipt after using the kiosk and after they forgot to give us our drinks and cups to fill. Only come here due the convenience of its location I will now be driving out of my way just because my experiences here are terrible. Lines are always wrapped around the building and you end up waiting 30 minutes for your food. Today my food was cold and didn’t even follow the directions on the sandwiches my husband ordered he just wanted extra ketchup and extra pickles. I don’t think that is very hard. Plus they got rid of their all day breakfast so not a great experience in my book.
Of all the fast food joints, the best fries are from McDonalds. Today I had the worst fries I have ever ordered from McDonalds. I must have gotten the fries from the bottom of the bag. They were small and didn't have that golden color to them..Fries were pale and not crispy
The location was recently refurbished and seemed clean. Friendly staff. I had a coffee and an English muffin. I didn't finish the muffin. It seemed cold, hardly toasted, and not great. I like my coffee with milk, not cream. The staff helped me out with that, but it was not a menu option on the kiosk. Overall a nice location, but not a great dining experience.
One of the only stores in my area to actually have Szechuan sauce when they were supposed to. Never had any issues ordering here, food is always correct.
They have me the wrong food and I had to drive all the way back to McDonald's to get my correct order. The fries were icecold and only one nampkin in the bag. Service was poor.....
Long wait, had troubles with the order, foods cold and didn’t get a 6 pcs chicken nugget in my kids happy meal. Money well spent there.?

This McDonalds keeps sinking lower and lower in their death spiral. I asked for Ketchup and this is what they threw into my bag. Check out the stains on the packets from whatever they poured over it the past few days. There were even strange food particles mixed in just in case the food you ordered wasn't filling enough. This is the same place where they told me they couldn't slice a lemon because the machine that does that was broken and has been for a month now - hint......there's an object known as a knife. BUT after seeing how stupid and careless these McDonald's employees are I can somewhat understand why they keep sharp pointy objects far from their reach..
We got in outside car line waited 20 minutes to order at 7:20 ordered big mac, quarter pounder w/cheese and two fries, got to pick-up they did not have our order we waited at white line a they said until 7:59 pm, finally went in side the guy at the counter went oh ya here. Handed us our food, fries were on the bottom, burgers sideways everything completely cold. Terrible and terrible service, rude, did not care at all. Worst Mcdonald's we have ever gone to. Busy or not, we were patient, understood they were busy. It took an hour, if we had not gone in no one would have brought out our food.Unhappy,Customers.
My seemingly endless quest across North America to find the worst McDonalds brings me to Cape Coral. Upon entering it is a ghost town. Good luck getting service. Its kiosk or nothing. After we order and sit down an employee arrives from nowhere 15 minutes later with our food and informs us THERE IS NO KETCHUP. My children are apoplectic. They badgered me to come here and now refuse to eat. McDonalds wins another round. I slink off into the night crying.
