I understand the high stress, annoyance and being unappreciated of working a such a job. But they can at least try to get orders right or if you tell them that something is missing in your order, they can try not to it look like the customer is wrong! Everytime im here, something is botched up! It does not help that 1 employee had her mask down and coughing and was obviously sick!
They shorted me my change and when I asked for it I was ridiculed and belittled. I asked the manager and again was ridiculed and belittled and she gave me pennies. The final explanation was they were out of nickels. My change was $0.32 and when I went to school this could be achieved with three dimes and two pennies, no nickels needed. When I got to my table I discovered I had been sorted my hash browns. I asked for the hash browns and was very sarcastically told that they would get them for me right away. Unfortunately it's it's not able to display the sarcasm with text. When I asked for a refill on my coffee they refused. And to my great surprise I discovered that the real manager was a man and he got my coffee for me.
It would be a great place to eat but when the managers can not keep his eyes off the ladies lon go enough to do stop and take an order from a male... It was like I didn't even exist... But he was going way over board to the point the ladies felt uncomfortable... I. It was really pathetic... And it's been that way every time I visit there....
The dining room was different. We made our order and gave us a number. No congestion. Are meal came about the same amount of time standing and waiting. We got our of own drinking when again sped things up. New to me anyways. I liked the concept.
This place is just straight up nasty and always has been, very disappointing.. I prefer the one on Bayshore road or the one on n Cleveland Ave. 2 stars because the shamrock mcflurry was great. But staff and food freshness is NEVER good.
Me and my daughter stop in and get some fries here alot and there always hot and salted just right and the line moves pretty efficiently..
To the manager and all those who was made jokes in Spanish about my complaint, if you don't want to see Karen be a Karen, better be more professional and less disrespectful with the customers who PAID THEIR MONEY FOR WHAT THEY WANT TO EAT IN YOUR STORE!!!, we are the customers and your store are open and run in business because us!!! if we asked to get what we want to buy from your location, JUST DO AS WE ASK!!! Simple as that! Next time don't make jokes in other languages because you will be caught in the spot as I did today!

Great food,but had to wait 20 minutes for food.nothing like waiting while 10 cars go thru and get there orders first
