ordering to go was trash!!!! They did not give me half a pound of snow crab or shrimp and the snow crab was OVER cooked!!! $52 down the drain!!!! So dissatisfied and disappointed!!! Even the corn was over cooked. How you mess up with the corn?? I would suggest when you eat here please dine in!!!!
I apologize that I cannot give the accurate star rating on this. -4 stars. So I ordered wings originally and for the most part they were ok the clam chowder would probably have been ok had it been at least warm however it took our server 15 minutes to get me a spoon so tasting it off my finger wasn't that good. I did order the catfish which was soggy and not crisp at all the batter was nothing but salt which made it worse. In my opinion if you want to eat here bring your own food. This was terrible. And the service sucked also. If this is Florida's idea of seafood then I think I'll keep to to McDonald's.
Was very disappointed with the service and food. Waitress took orders from half of the table and then left. Soup came out without spoon. Took her over 10 minutes and several reminders before we got it. By that time, soup was cold. Cat fish was drained in old oil, fries came out wo seasoning. Part of orders were missing, excuse that she thought she push the button. If you want more water, be prepared to service yourself by going to the bar and asking for some.
We should have checked the Tripadvisor reviews before going there. So there we were sitting in a (so called) Seafood Restaurant which is only a five minute walk from the Salt Water and the some of the freshest fish you could catch. The decor is grubby dusty, plasticky and looks like the ornaments were acquired from a 'beach bargains' or dollar store. All was somewhat weird inside a brash new corporate brick building. However the menu seemed at first glance like it had some goodies, so we ordered their Calamari while we thought about what to try next. One very small Michelob beer and a Virgin Strawberry Daquiri were ordered. As we looked at the menu, I realised there was no Grouper Sandwich on the menu, nor indeed any other kind of fish 'butty'. That made me very wary, as that is the staple of any fish restaurant or cafe here in SW florida.. Most of them have a "Catch of the Day" . . but do not expect that here. So I asked the server (a nice young guy who seemed to really care about his customers) is the Chowder freshly made or is it out of a tin? He didnt know, so he kindly went to find out. He soon returned to tell me that it was out of a tin. The Calamari soon arrived, but sadly it was just like a bag of rubber bands (from Office Depot?) that had been over fried in a greasy batter like substance. Blatently frozen, and it had come in some truck from 'goodness knows where', but certainly it had never swam in the Floridian waters. It is amazing that these people have the cheek to open a Seafood Crab restaurant in a place where just a few miles down the road are someof the best seafood fishermen in the USA, working their fleet out of Ft Myers Beach daily. We soon drank up and then left, to go and find somewhere just up the road who sells 'honest to goodness' real fresh caught, and freshly cooked, seafood. By the way our check came to 27 bucks !!. If you really want decent seafood at a sensible price, go to Publix and buy your own crabs legs, and their Chowder, or Bisque. You will save yourself a ton of money, and get food that actually tastes like seafood should. Or try one of the proper seafood restaurants that this area is noted for.
Super good seafood. I ordered a combo with shrimp, lobster and snow crab and it was great! Another person in my group had the shrimp and that was good! I got mild heat with all the spices (#4) on menu and it was phenomenal!! I wish I could have drank it! Highly recommend their lobster and shrimp!
If you want great seafood go to Master Crab, the food was delicious and our server was great! A++++
Who doesn’t like SEAFOOD BOILS? I love seafood in general especially snow crabs & mussels. I do enjoy eating here & will eat here again!
The atmosphere of this place was odd. They played loud rap music like it was a teenage night club. The staff was great and service was fast. The food wasn't bad but nothing popped at me. I had the Combo A with lobster, snow crab, and shrimp. Lobster was chewy which was sad. Shrimp were great. Crab was mediocre and small.
1st time here, my son loves seafood and we wanted to try this place out. The decor is average. Our server was exceptional. The food was delicious with the exception of the sausage which was overly salty. The portions are small and the food pricey.
