i ordered a sub with mayo. got home no mayo and no dam lettuce. i like jimmy johns better and mine. i was raised in a sub shop.
The service was not great and my "salad" was even worse. Definitely won't be back and would not recommend to anyone I considered not my worst enemy.
Went for a cheese steak sandwich and it was very good. Service was quick and the place was clean.
I had an Italian. Pretty basic. Nothing special. It was better than Subway but not better than Publix or Wawa.
I would love to say that this company is great, their food is over the top awesome, but the staff is a little rude.. This is the 2nd time i called there to order food. this time happened to be due to the manager owing me a meal. Honestly as working the retail, food, an health Industries, i would not ever be rude to a customer. Deosn't matter how busy the store is. I was told to call back in 5 mins to speak to the manager when i was calling a order for food in. This is truely ok, I WONT BE ORDERIG FORM HERE AGAIN..
Ordered a wheat roll online. Got home with a white roll. Guy told me “Get the eff outta here and enjoy your sandwich!” The first thing on my receipt says WHEAT ROLL. It’s really not fair that I have to pay almost $9 for a sandwich I don’t even like because someone didn’t take their time and read the order.
Great food and great service! This place should be a staple of how to treat customers! The manager Brian is one of the best people Ive ever seen in customer service. I had an online order that doordash delivered and forgot to pick up half of the order and Brian took care of it right away! This team and their manager are the examples of how all customer service should be. Fast, Friendly and it makes you feel good.
Ordered two subs thru an app and they arrived hot and fresh! The Buffalo chicken was amazing!!
Love this place always consistent either picked up or delivered did Philly cheesesteak just like gone back to Philly
