This is going based purely off of the service or in this case lack there of. Went in a couple of days ago and what an absolutely horrible experience. I was genuinely excited to try this place and sadly didn't even get to order. Walked in and the 2 ladies were preparing someone's order. Didn't acknowledge the fact that I had even walked in. Waited a few minutes and still had not been greeted. I sat down waiting for them to free up and once one of them did I approached the counter again and she turned her back and walked away from after making eye contact. If this is any example of how you will be doing business I see you guys closing your doors very soon. The lack of respect and professionalism was horrendous.
That's not how real Crépe should be done or should look like .. couldn't believe that they use tortillas ? and when I ordered the lady looked at me like someone who had no idea what he was ordering ??? I should've just made them at home as usual ?♂️ still feal bad for people who think that's how crepes are made...
Excellent place for food bowls crepes milkshakes and all sort of different sweets. I personally like the Mexican bowl. They are often short staffed.
Love the food here, have been one of my top favorite restaurants for a few years until last week. My husband and I ordered 4 crepes over the phone on Wednesday and they quoted us $42 and some change. I knew the price was wrong because on Wednesdays they have a deal for breakfast lunch and dessert crepes for $6.50 each. When my husband went in to pay he reminded them of the deal but they didn’t honor it. They simply told him that the deal was only for breakfast crepes. I feel like they tricked us with their advertising for the $6.50 deal. It makes me never want to order from them again.Update - I’m definitely real. I live less then a mile from your location and frequent it quite often. I believe we ordered 4 Lomos on the 27th. Thanks for trying to minimize my review instead of trying to be civil and make it right, or at least apologize for the miscommunication in advertising. And thanks for clarifying what the Wednesday offer gets you. No where is that posted in the offer - I think you should be more clear. Your response seals the deal, as far as my decision to not order from your business anymore. It doesn’t cost anything to be nice.
The food was off the hook good and the milk shakes out of this world...it is pricey here tho for me and my son came to 60bucks for a rice bowl and chicken sandwich and milke shake but the food is good
We had our first trip here and we’re very excited because of reviews from our friends. We only ordered the 3 sampler dish with the brownie, strawberry shortcake and tres leche with ice cream. We only had 1 person ahead of us so I didn’t think it was going to take 45 minutes to receive our dessert. What was disappointing was the strawberry shortcake was very hard and chewy and I’ve never had one like that before. Maybe in a few months we’ll try again and hope for a better experience
went today with my family party of 4, this is 1st and last.We ordered... 30 mins later 2 scramble eggs were served, coffee came after they finished breakfast. 45 mins later 2 pan con tortilla came, 1 slice a bread was thicker than the tortilla. 1 hour later 2 juices were served. Sorry for a bad review but if the business does not have enough employees ...customers should not pay the consequences.
I had the teriyaki crepe for lunch today. It was very yummy!! The service was quick and the staff was friendly. This place very close to my work, so this may be my new spot! Thank you!
Lovely little crepe shop. They've also expanded their menu with smoothies, milkshakes, and bowls. Absolutely delicious.
Ate here after a not-so-great experience at a nearby restaurant and it was great!! Good pricing and I enjoyed the variety of the menu!
