Unfortunately as much as I do love their food I'm unable to give a good review the girl in the drive thru was as sweet as could be however I waited 45 min for my 8pc family meal even tho I was the only single car in line at the drive thru. I ordered mashed potatoes gravy and Mac n cheese for my side. My mashed potatoes when I got home was barely able to feed my 2 kids as the portion was so small it wasn't enough to feed but 1 person. The Mac n cheese was better portioned but I failed to received the extra 2 biscuits I ordered and paid for as well. They gave me the smallest pieces of chicken I had to give my kids my portion as they were soooo small it was like a basket of 8 chicken wings. This is literally my second bad review in history I've ever posted and I feel bad but after spending $30 and me going to bed hungry I'm a bit hangry.
Great KFC. Huge inside (doesn't seem like fast food), great staff. And great food.One of the better KFC's I have ever been too. Will go here from now on. Worth the drive.
I went to KFC today and got a crispy chicken sandwich meal. I sat there and waited for my food to come out trash. The fries were hard as a rock. The guy in the drive thru asked me if I wanted ketchup with my fries and I said yes. I ended up not getting any ketchup in the bag after waiting. There was a guy that pulled into drive thru after I paid for my food and he still got his food before mine. Also the chicken on the sandwich was so small. Horrible service and disgusting food.
Floor was sticky, had to sanitize the toilet, table and chairs before use. Food tasted like it had been sitting for hours and paid over $60! The food ended up going into the trash can. This place has definitely went down hill.. never against!
My mother in law decided to spend her last $36 from her Social Security check on our dinner tonight. We ordered the 10 piece feast, and somehow a free chicken sandwich came with the meal. We were told 10 minutes. We waited 15 before we left the house. We arrivved 24 minutes after ordering. We were asked to take a seat as it would be another 5 minutes or so. I asked my daughter if she wanted to sit at this dirty table, or that dirty table? All of the tables were dirty that we saw, so we went to wait in the car. I told my daughter I wanted to take a fresh towell inside with my aerosol cleaner to wipe down all the tables. She wouldn't let me because I wasnt getting paid to do it and that it wasn't my job. Came back in 7 minutes later, picked up the order and left. Arriving home, we had 7 pieces, not 10. The mashed potatoes were not very tasty. The cole slaw was decent, but the chicken was a sad excuse for fried chicken. Threw the chicken in the trash and drove to Publix to buy fried chicken. Now we had good fried chicken to go with the cole slaw. Bought a family size container of Bob Evans mashed potatoes at publix when i picked up the chicken. Saturday night, and we only saw 2 employees working. Where did the famous recipe slip away to? Wont ever come back, and I've been in this city for 40 years. Gordon Ramsey needs to step in and fix this broken establishment. I cant figure out how to add the photos, probably better no one else sees this anyways.

Just had take out tonight. Sorry to say the pieces of chicken were a lot smaller. Also ordered extra crispy and was hardly crispy at all. Big disappointment! I will say the mash potatoes, green beans and biscuit were ok. Not sure I will be back.
I like getting the Buffalo sandwich because it's made fresh usually it's off the bun large this time quite a bit smaller hopefully they didn't make a change I will give it another try
They use to make good famous bowls, I ordered thru grub hub and got two famous bowls, I got mainly mash potatoes, spoonful of corn , and barely any gravy, safe to say it was a complete let down and the meal was $25 for two ! Maybe the manager should stick to making famous bowls because the employees make them horribly
