Service was slow, customer before started yelling at manager for waiting to long. Didnt get biscuits or sauce with meals.
I ordered the original bucket chicken with mash potatoes and Mac and cheese with biscuits . The food was old and stale . Gave me the runs three times it was nasty . You can keep your Kentucky fake chicken organisms . ? I will never eat out again everyone is giving us garbage old leftovers . I’m paying for the food it should be fresh A-Holes.
Ordered today again at the drive in because my last chicken sandwich was really good and hot. Today it was not really warm anymore, soft and not crispy at all. It wasn’t fried to my order at all, I received it 1 second after paying. Disappointed.
Rachel greeted me with a big warm friendly smile and made me feel welcome and NOT like I was bothering them. She got my order 100% correct and it was fast fresh and HOT ? Great job to Rachel and her team. Thank you Rachel. By the way the spicey chicken sandwich is ON POINT!! DELICIOUS AND I LOVE THE FRIES ? Great job and thanks again Rachel!!
If I could give them a lower review I would.horrible service. The “manager” spent almost the entire time I was there on her cell phone and left some young kid to try and take my order. At least he tried to take my order. The register wouldn’t allow him to! If I were the owner or regional manager the people in this store would be replaced and the Equiptment repaired or replaced. Such a good franchise but so poorly run..
It's dirty, slow and the food is so bad. I hate saying that because I use to love kfc. This building needs work. Flies were all over while I ate. It's also got in there.
This KFC is awesomeGreat staff, huge clean dining area (not like a typical fast food joint) and good food. The best KFC I have ever been to. This is now my go to place. Even if it takes an extra 10 Minutes for me then the other... Worth it!
Absolutly the worse KFC I have ever been to. Service was very slow,and flour on the chicken was not even browned . Chicken wasn't cook all the way thru !! Damn sure won't be going back !!
This place looks worst by the month. Horrible intercom connection that they never fix. Food quality is never consistent. Customer service is acceptable.
I grew up on KFC and this KFC definitely does not come close. The gravy was very watery and the chicken was just thrown in the bucket with no care at all. Biscuits were old and hard. The employees are rude when asked if all the food was in the bag and it wasn't . Sorry but dont think ill be eating there again.
