Our go to for deep dish pizza. Pizza Hut not up to par as in the past. Jet's is not skimpy on their ingredients. Always fresh and hot. Almost always have coupons available. Online ordering convenient and ready to go when you get there. Expect little delay during holidays. Never disappointed.
Excellent thick crust pizza! The crust was not too heavy, flavored with Romano Cheese. The sauce was fresh, bright and tangy. Sausage and peperoni were fresh and tasty. Fantastic and reasonably priced!
Very saddened to see you got rid of spinach and parmesan as items on your pizza. Really, you don't offer any leafy green veggies for us to put on our kids pizzas so we have to pretty much cook our oww veggies or go somewhere else.

I ordered last night via the app at approximately 6:20 pm. Over an hour later our order hasnt showed up. I called and the person I spoke to said that Doordash forgot to take our order, they are short staffed, and doesn't know when someone will be available to take it but we were next out. We waited another hour and called back to cancel our order. While trying to cancel we were hung up on. Called back and Jeff answered the phone and confirmed our order was cancelled. At no point was there an apology or attemp to make it right. Its like they didn't care if we got our order or cancelled it. Very poor service!! I will never order from this store again. I have also filed a complaint on Jet's corportate website.

I ordered and paid for extra cheese instead I got no cheese. When I arrived to pick up my pizza the front door was packed with people standing shoulder to shoulder not wearing masks and neither were the employees COVID is rampant in this community right now. I called from outside my pizza was ready and paid for. I asked them to meet me at the door because I was immunosuppressed and didn’t want to come inside. They refused.

Bought 2 pizzas and a cookie. Spent $57.00 on 2 pizzas and a damn cookie. Pizzas were raw and undercooked and cookie was burnt. Worst customer service ever. Finally spoke to the manager and she argued with me about making the situation right. She then gave me the run around and offered me a store credit which I did Not want. I wanted a refund. We argued back and forth and she then told me she would refund but i “WASNT ALLOWED TO ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN.” absolutely worst experience ever. Only reason I gave 1 star was because I couldn’t leave negative stars. S.A.D
