Horrible. I use to love Jason’s deli, and hope that the Cape Coral location is a one off and not an indication of all locations. First off, I see the increase in pricing, whatever, inflation has hit everywhere, not excited but not a deal breaker. No ice in fountain machine, no one bothers to ask if you need assistance either. Let’s face it I’ve seen more appetizing sandwich’s at a hospital cafeteria. (No offense to my hospital cooks, you guys are great) my kid would even eat it. Easy Mac and cheese at a premium. The salad bar, old veggies, no meats, soggy items. To top it off, only one trip allowed. This place is a joke. Had I known it would cost 40 bucks for 2 ratty salads, some easy Mac, and a hospital quality Turkey sandwich, I would have saved my time. Also staff is rude.

Wow! This place have good sized portions! My avocado toast breakfast came with a side (soup or salad)-- I opted for the salad and you get to make your own salad at the salad bar. Everything was clean & fresh. The service staff was very attentive and helpful!

Ordered takeout of gumbo. Flavor was tasty. In theory. Entire order was broth with one lone (I think) shrimp in the bottom. Supposed to have a bunch of rice in it. I counted: 6 grains. Flavor of broth was nice....but broth was ALL it was! I love gumbo. I was HUGELY disappointed, and I felt a bit cheated. Next time, people: scoop from the bottom! Mix it up! Something!

Sandwich was okay! Loved the salad bar! The managers special is a great deal! All you can eat ice cream? Nice touch for the kids!

I've been going to Jason's Deli for years and have always enjoyed my meal. Unfortunately today was I hope only a 1 time incident (Cape Coral - Santa Barbara Blvd). I ordered the small Texas style spud baked potato, the person I went with got the full potato and it was fine. It was pretty obvious that it wasn't a fresh potato but had been either reheated or was just out too long, possibly didn't sell one day and stored in the fridge and brought back out and reheated. Only a small piece was actually hot and even the barbecue meat was cold and the spud lukewarm and the whole potato skin was tough and rubbery. Like I said this isn't the typical experience, I should have taken it back. I hope management pays attention. We were there between 5:30 - 6 on 3-6-22

Jason’s-Santa Barbara- Rueben & Club - pickup order - get food home - No Pickles ! Drive 20 minutes back to Jason’s Santa Barbara - ask for our pickles…. told…. Unfortunately when I ordered they were out of pickles and still are. Hmmm?!?! …. So what’s that sitting on counter… I asked…! Wow….. PICKLES……! Girl gives me two pickles!!!!! No apologies…. Nothing! It will be a while ….. if at all we return to this location! Cost of 2 sandwiches, chips & pickles $22.00+ gas $10.00 ?‍♀️

Went with my friend for lunch. Ordered the Grilled cheese, tomato soup combo, and was really good. There Rubin or Cuban sandwich looked amazing. Will return when back in area.

OMG stop their for a bite to eat. It was absolutely great.. Go with a empty stomach. Wish we had one on Ocala,Fl. Great works. Nice atmosphere.

Huge Amazing tasting Baked potatoes! These best I've EVER HAD and I'm 40 lol the free soft serve is just the small sweet treat you need afterwards!!! I WILL BE BACK

This place is just awesome. They don’t need my review because they just rock, however I have gotten delivery recently and it is insane how well they hook you up!!! Salad bar is packed with goodness and if you can find a better broc/cheddar soup good luck. I can’t thank this place enough. ❤️❤️❤️
