I have been a customer for many years. Only place I go for Italian pasta dishes. They have a wide delicious variety of subs and appetizers. Always take care of you and will even have the owner deliver late ar night to bring out a dish which was omitted. I WAS extremely impressed by this dedication. Give them a try your mouth will be glad you did.
Even 1 star is too much when your delivery guy shows up almost 2 hours after you order with the wrong food! Best part is, he didn’t even realize it! Pretty sure the stop before ours just got 3 large pizzas. Only thing left was a house full of hungry kids waiting for 3 large pizzas that never came. A phone call to the store ended with little results. Simply a we don’t care apology and a “we won’t charge your card”. Not worth the hassle, stay away. Won’t order from here again. So you credit my card and still charge me $2.00! Ridiculous! ??
After 4 1/2 and two deliveries I had 5 missing items the first order which took almost 2 hours. Then I call and I reorder and they give me a free dessert and it comes like this. After spending tons of money with this restaurant I am very disappointed. I will be going back tomorrow to have this fixed!! I’m disgusted they didn’t even check the quality of food they are sending out let alone making sure the order is correct. Absolutely vile.
I ordered for the 1st time Cheese Pizza with Mushrooms. I have had pizza from other pizza establishments in the CC area, and as a born and raised Brooklyn, NY person, I must say this is the BEST Pizza in Cape Coral. There are only 2 others that come close, and they are not located in CC but in N. Ft. Myers and Downtown Ft. Myers. So in closing, if you want EXCELLENT NY / NJ Style Pizza in Cape Coral, IRagazzi's is the place to go (and they deliver to all of Cape Coral).!!
This place is SO good! We’re originally from NJ and moved to TX 20 years ago, and have missed pizza from back home so bad. We just moved to Cape Coral a month ago and have tried 3 other pizza places and this one is hands down the best!! Everyone is so friendly, they even called to tell me that my pizza was ready, since they were extremely busy and expected it to take a little longer. But the pizza is sooooo good!! The chicken parm pizza reminds me of back home.. we will definitely be back, it’s now our favorite place!
Great tasting sauce, friendly staff, has seating inside with TV, great lunch deal 2 huge slices of pizza and drink for $6, Chicken parm sub was fantastic tasting average size sub. Garlic note are great, sauce is good, garlic and oil sauce is good not over powing flavor and the knots ate made with fresh pizza dough crisp on the top and bottom and nice and soft on the inside, also tried a canoli which tasted great as well, good variety on the menu not just a pizza place, highly recommended....
This was our first time there, and will more than likely go back. At first, the service was slow, and had to wait awhile to get someone to wait on our table. However, they were very accommodating when they did come over. The atmosphere there is very unique and fun to look at all the pictures and memorabilia on the walls. Everybody had their own huge slice of pizza and it was more than fantastic!! I would rate it as some of the best around! ?
Probably the best all meats pizza we’ve had in Cape Coral but that doesn’t say much since we’ve mostly stuck to Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Marcos, Jets etc. Pizza is thick and square.Today we thought to try something new and a bit more authentic in terms of pizza. My son only eats cheese pizza so we got a small for him and decided to go big for us (3 adults) so we decided to try an all meat large thick crust pizza, I’m not sure if this was referred to as the sicilian or the ny. Anyway, it was great. Lots of meat, not overly oily or salty and cut into squares. The small cheese pizza was, sad to say, hot garbage. The crust was unusually hard and even though I ordered extra cheese, there was barely any on it. My son wouldn’t even finish his slice. We thought he was being a brat because he kept saying the dough was like rock so we tried a slice and ended up having to scrape the cheese off to eat it, such a waste.Workers at this location had no idea regarding a coupon by “Entertainment” offered by TMobile (TMo Tuesdays week of 01/11/22) and we did not have an opportunity to speak to the owner about it because we were told he was really busy and that they were hours behind on orders. The deal was for buying an 18” specialty and getting a 14” cheese for free. We ended up just paying the full price since they were like, we don’t have an 18” and that’s not exactly our logo though it’s the exact address. This was my first impression so it was not very good. Paid about 2 times what I’d have done at Dominos, the saving grace being that the large meat pizza was really good. I don’t mind paying more if the food is really tasty and there’s good quantity. If I had just purchased the meat pizza, this would have been a 5 star review. But the cheese pizza + paying for extra cheese and getting what we got is not good. That’s my 2c. We will likely go back to try other things, no hard feelings. I would recommend this place at least for the thick, large, square meat pizza, but skip the small cheese or you’ll definitely regret it. Head to dominos and get a pan pizza with extra cheese(s) instead. They aren’t as bad as they were a few years ago.
Their food may be good but don't order delivery! We ordered two very expensive food items considering it was just dough and fillings last night and their delivery service didn't bother knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell when it was delivered. By the time we went outside to see what happened we found the food sitting on the sidewalk outside our residential screen door exposed to ants. Maybe if you pick up the food you'll get better service. Back to Domino's for us. $60 was too much to pay for cold food just left on the sidewalk.
These people need to get it together. Apparently don’t know how long it takes to make a pizza. Told us 45 min. Took 1.5 hrs. Pizza good, staff and customer service no good
