They have NO HOT FUDGE! NONE! The guy who took my order was great but I was shocked to find out that they did not have any type of hot fudge! Owner needs to fix their equipment!

I’m not a huge fan of ice cream, normally, but Hershey’s Ice Cream in Cape Coral is the place to be. Fantastic ice cream and customer service! I always visit on a day that Emmett is working because he is just an awesome human being. Always friendly, funny and helpful. He can make even the worst days turn around and become the highlight of your day. Thanks for being amazing, Emmett!
Was really disappointed when we pulled in at 9:28 and the worker rushed to the front to turn the open sign off. Usually is our favorite place to get ice cream at while on vacation, onto a new one!
Hershey ice cream is good but it's overpriced and the guy bend counter was disinterested in serving us. There was nowhere to sit because benches were put up 40 minutes before closing. Probably won't go back
Went at 929, states they are open until ten. Girl seen us pull in parking lot and locked the door and turned off the open sign
Nice little ice cream place and friendly staff. Only reason for 4 stars is because they have had equipment broken and not able to make hot fudge sundae which we specifically went for.
Absolutely awful service and overly sweet ice cream. Very limited toppings. Would recommend going to cold stone or Culver’s instead.
I drove across town for Hersheys ice cream..But....Overpriced. Ridiculous. I walked out.Good luck paying the rent.
