So much fun doing the hibachi dinner. My son got to see it for the first time and thought it was so awesome! The food was good and large portions. We went on mothers day though so the wait was absolutely ridiculous to get sat and then to be served and then cooked for about 3 hours of our night. If fully staffed this would definitely be 5 stars.
Dined at Hana Japanese Steakhouse for the first time tonight. Wow! Everything was outstanding, the food was fresh, perfectly prepared and delicious. The sushi was the best we ever had.(Fire Island roll, Outstanding roll, and Yummy roll). The flavors of each were distinct and food presentation was beautiful. The steak and shrimp hibachi meals were delicious and bountiful. We will be eating another meal or 2 from left overs. I don't know why it took us so long to find this gem of a restaurant but it is definitely our new favorite restaurant!
Called to place a carry out order, someone answered and said hold. The phone was set down, not hung up and never picked up. We were on our way there anyway so just stayed the line. No one ever picked the phone back up. I walked in to place my order. Their phone was off the hook and I was on the other end. The lady ( she refused to give her name) at the desk , said she purposely did that because they were so busy. I asked why she just didn’t tell me that on the phone. Blank stare. I asked if I could place an order since I was there and the answer was no. Would LOVE to be contacted about this situation, so the correct employee can take credit for this review. Normally this location is a great place. This particular employee, a manager I believe, lowers the level of customer service.
Excellent service by Alec! We had the vegetable tempura appetizer that was very well prepared. Ordered the tri-colored combo of sushi and rolls...Absolutely perfectly prepared and a feast for the eyes!
Great place. Good service. Quality of the food is fantastic We ve been here several times and it was always good. It s fun to see the hibachi show cooking
I loved it, me and my friends celebrated a party there and it was so good, they helped me get fatter. For real though, it was delicious and watching them cook is fun. I'm only upset because I never got my sushi and I wanted more food but still five stars.
The hibachi here was delicious! They had more options than I’m used to (fish!) and the sauces were great. The chef was pretty entertaining too
The food was awesome the presentation was awesome, he made me laugh when he said do you want some Chinese chicken? And then he said meow...lmao. this wasn't a dinner this was an experience. We had a beautiful evening thank you so much
Came 30 min before closing and they produced amazing and delicious sushi rolls & cocktails. Our server, Tria, was also the very sweetest girl ever! :)
Incredibly friendly and all around welcoming staff! Very appreciative of your business. Food was truely excellent, fresh, flavorful, beautifully presented and a fair price. It was my mother-in-laws birthday so they treated her to a free desert. She loved the ice cream!
