One of our favorite restaurants for pizza, but decided to try something different. Ordered the Lobster Roll which comes with a petit side salad. We weren’t real hungry, so we asked the waiter, Austin, if we could split the sandwich and get an extra side salad. We let him know we were happy to pay for the extra side salad. When our Oder came, it was the lobster roll with a petit side salad, and a whole salad, not a side. I asked the server why we didn’t get a side salad, and he said they don’t offer one. Why couldn’t he have told us that when we ordered? We would have changed our order. I am totally disappointed. Guess it’s back to pizza for us.
Our server was the sweetest and their happy hour is great for those wanting a social hour.Honestly, the two best dishes on the menu is their specialty mac and cheese and the lobster ricotta gnocchi.
We drove from Naples to what used to be our favorite restaurant in Cape Coral. I must say I was very disappointed with my dinner(I ordered the Lobster macaroni and cheese for $24.00.) There was not one single piece of Lobster on my plate, only a couple of tiny shrimps. When I went to use the washroom, it was filthy. There was a sign by the hostess desk asking for patrons to be patient since they were short staffed. My recommendation would be to pay the staff a fair wage so they would stay.Response to owner:The chef should have prepared the dish as it is advertised on the menu. I thought I was getting an upscale macaroni and cheese with lobster and shrimp. All I got were two little shrimps. My husband ordered the steak salad which he found excellent. He was surprised to see that the dish I got was more expensive than his.
The toilets were disgusting. Never have I seen anything like it so we left. The thought of eating in such a filthy establishment filled me with horror.
Went for dinner and wow we were impressed. The location and atmosphere is incredible. Our server Hannah was on top of it and patient with us! We definitely showed up during the rush and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Not to mention the absolutely amazing food. We got the scallop entree and lobster roll and both were beautiful presentation. Definitely recommend!
Dined here with a date on a Saturday night in February 2022. It was a hour wait FYI. We sat outside (covered by the water). FATHOMS was recommended by a friend and my date and I both enjoyed the food, the service, and atmosphere (and each others company). Our server Kyla was friendly and pretty good. We both enjoyed our food. Date had a blackend steak salad, and I had a pizza. We tried each others dishes, and we both genuinely liked the food. We agreed we would both dine here again.
I don’t usually rate restaurants but this was an amazing experience. The waiter was busy but attentive and the view was beautiful on the water over looking the marina but this was not the best part about our dinning experience. The absolutely most amazing food was served from the kitchen. The flavors were delightful and beyond expectation. If looking for a place for lunch or dinner on the water I would highly recommend Fathoms.
We love to go to Fathoms on Sun evenings and listen to music while enjoying a fantastic meal. I love the Filet and my husband likes the Mahi. Our outdoor experience was fabulous!
Sitting at the bar is best because you are treated well. Also, the drinks are great. (And you can eat at the outdoor bar)!
Nice location at Cape Harbour with outside bar. Normally I enjoy here the Caribbean Lobster Rolls. This time I went for the Caribbean Jerk Shrimp. Added them after the first bite instantly to my favorite list. Taste was outstanding. Definitely will have them again.
