I ordered 12 donuts waited 30mins just for them to tell me this is no donuts

This is the slowest DD I have ever been to. Whether you order ahead or walk in, the wait is terrible. Always worried I’m going to be late for school or work. They need help here

Absolutely horrible, asked for three croissants and only gave us one, coffee was horrible, hash browns weren't hash browns and burnt. dont waste your time.

This is one of the slowest, and most incompetent stores I have been too and sadly it was never like this, the whole crew should be replaced because not one person seems to know what they're doing. I will definitely not be coming back.

I've said it about other locations but I gotta say it again. This one is the worst Dunkin around. They never have a friendly employee, yesterday the lady was quite annoyed to have to help me and I'm as easy to deal with as possible.I got my hot coffee luke warm and my wife got burnt bacon cheddar omelette bites.But like I said, at least the service was terrible.

Naomi went above and beyond to get my drink how I wanted it, even though the register could not program it that way. Every time I go to this Dunkin I am so happy with the service I receive.Most of the Dunkin's in this area have high turnover with their staff but you can definitely tell which ones have managers that care, because the staff cares.

Awesome crew, amazing coffee, and a great family atmosphere. There’s not much to dislike about this Dunken and I know many other people include them in their daily routine. 10/10

Staff lashed out at a customer for complaining about poor service and long wait times while I was in the lobby, also waiting over 20 minutes for a Doordash pickup without any service.They claim they have short-staff but there was at least 4-5 employees there when I was waiting without help. It seems nobody is correctly trained and has no idea what to do. Service is abysmally slow and the staff can't take any feedback.I don't blame the staff for the pitfalls of this location since it's clearly a management and ownership issue

Understaffed, out loud complaining, dirty everything, broken oven. I felt bad for the employees, because the franchise owner is probably not paying much attention to his business.
