I usually don’t leave negative reviews, or even review at all. This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering from a Dunkin Donuts. They didn’t ask us if we want sugar, and when we asked them to add it I could hear someone start shouting and screaming that this wasn’t part of their service. When I confronted them about it, I was told that they don’t have to ask if we want sugar for a Cappuccino. I will never be back to this terrible location. What sort of workers shout and scream about customers, and didn’t even seem to care that we had a complaint. I wish I could rate less than 0.
honestly don’t understand the amount of complaints about this dunkin. they are normally understaffed and trying their best. never had a bad experience here.
I avoid this Dunkin location. The wait time is AWFUL, unlike anywhere I've been before. I waited 35 minutes before getting to order once... I refuse to get breakfast here anymore after the multiple incidents even though it's very close to our home! Recently, my husband and I decided to stop & get coffee around 2pm. Only 2 cars in line ahead of us and we waited 10 minutes before the 2nd car could even place their order. We left. Food is average, coffee is OK. Not worth the wait!!!
I used to love coming here till I keep getting burnt hash browns that are hard as a rock and stuck together, then I get this sad sandwich…. Too many kids working here that don’t care.
Terrible service! Never have I ever been disrespected by an employee. The people at the counter and drive thru window are the face of the company. The drive thru employee gave us so much rude attitude. If you don't wanna work, don't come to work. Leave your personal issues at the door. Missing things out of our order and most of the food was cold.
The woman who wrote the last review thought it’s ok to call my son a little b**ch and then wants to write a nasty review. You looked like a total idiot cursing at tennagers
Very rude people working at this location on Santa Barbara in Cape Coral. NEVER again will I go to this location. If they hate their job so much then find a new job, don't treat your customers bad.
I ordered from Uber eats and it wouldn’t allow me the option of removing the protein from my sandwich’s. I placed the order anyways and called immediately to see if I could customize my order. I spoke with Mark and he not only took the protein off the sandwiches but he threw in a couple of extra donuts to offset the cost! Super nice, he went above and beyond! :) Dunkin’ give this man a raise!
4/18/22 @5:07amI just came from the dunkin at pine island that said they open at 4am and it was closed. It was a bit of a drive so i was so frustrated to get there and they werent open. I drive to this dunkin that said it opened at 5am. Also closed. What a huge disappointment and waste of time. I hope they woulf update their times on google.
We go to Dunkin' a lot and this location is slow service most of the time we go there, took 25 minutes to get an ice coffee today.
