Don't get me wrong, I'm a die hard dunkin fan. But two times in a row this location has given us the wrong order. Mind you it was from the drive through and we were on our way to work. So we had to turn around, go back, and go inside. I'm very disappointed in this location. They need to step up their game.
30 minutes to get 2 coffees and 4 donuts. Very disorganized and no direction from new manager. Everyone was playing boss and the inside line was out the door. Not going back to this Dunkin, which is convenient for me but the service on Santa Barbara Blvd sucks. I will go to the one on Chiquita for sure.
We had 4 drinks, pretty easy. 2 small macchiatos And 1 refresher and one large chai. On the machiotos they didn’t put any of the extra things in it. The people are very not nice and don’t know what they’re talking about. And the coffee tastes very old. 0/5 trash place. Don’t recommend
No hot food available.my hot coffee was cold...haven't had too many postive experiences here..I stopped auto reload on my app as once I run out of $ money in app,I will stop going to dunkin..its hit or miss with them and other dunkin locations too..
Drive-thru was quite slow. Dining room is closed due to lack of employees. But overall service was okay.
This place needs new management. The lobby has been closed, seems like FOREVER. The drive thru line is wrapped around the building to the entrance. The Hot Coffee ☕ we ordered was cold. If patrons stop going to this location, maybe the owner or corporate will make some changes.
I'm pretty sure our drive thru is unattended....This is the woman working the drive thru....10+ minutes here and I gave up.....$15 an hour????
What's not to love! Frozen Pumpkin Coffee? Yummy ?. Super nice, didn't wait that long and OMG the whipped cream was so fresh!
I go threw the drive threw about 45 minutes after opening and no one answer to take my order.. I drive around and there are employees inside and they see me but ignore me along with other customers ahead of me. Everyone is driving away. I don't know what was the reasoning for this I usually have good service this time of morning!
