First thing. Placed an order on the app here which i will never do again. Next time ill go in person or just go to the del prado S location. They had no french vanilla. No whipped cream (they charge $0.25 for whipped cream??? What). Which i dont understand, sounds like its the persons fault for not ordering enough. The french vanilla being out was disappointing because a person ordered 8 pumps of it for their coffee which was $2.25~. anyway.Go there and they botched the small coffee with french vanilla, there is none, the truck is coming later that day, ok she said she would put caramel in it. She gave me the caramel no coffee. As pictured. Literally just caramel syrup.Manager comes up to ask why shes giving me a large cup for a small coffee, they talk, he walks up and says hes gonna have to charge me $0.50 for a cup citing it's for his inventory. After going around behind the counters and stuff coming down on his staff.. Listen dude. First thing youre micromanaging your entire crew and theyre freaking out cus theyre busy and trying to serve the customers and their boss is right there breathing down their necks. Ease up. You could have given me the cup for free and not made an issue of it, i simply responded "well hold on a second you guys just ate like 3 bucks of my money because of the 8 french vanilla pumps I ordered for my client plus the whipped cream you dont have" so i ended up getting the large cup for free, guess it wasnt an inventory thing was it?Second thing I spend like $25/week with Dunkin donuts and you guys need loyal customers like me, the service was lousy at this dunkin wont go back. Ill try again maybe in a year, see if they smoothed things out. This past 12 months they've suffered a huge employee shortage i get it its nice to see them fully staffed but letting a customer go out the door with a coffee botched was a huge no no. In the future please dont micromanage your employees it never goes well.
My friend was profiled by the manager, accused of stealing an orange juice, when in all reality it was paid for by the app on online. The manage was extremely aggressive using verbage unacceptable in public places
There are always busy but normally can handle it. Parking and drive through are terrrrrible. Walked out on my food I paid for because I couldn't wait longer than 24 min
Sometimes good Sometimes bad it all depends on who makes your order. Some of them care about their jobs and then there are other's that could give 2 craps about their job or your order.
I asked for a jelly donut. Not too hard but my donut was ?. When I bought it back inside the guy said that's all we had ?. Well, you might want to tell your customers instead of trying to pass off old donuts. Common sense must be a thing of the past.
This place is the worst one I've ever been to. unfortunately its closest to home. always some issue, either short staffed, out of cups/straws. I'd say poorly managed. Prices are catching up to starbucks!
Always short staffed but the employees are great and do what they can with what they have! Give them peeps a raise. Especially for dealing with salty people who don't realize they are doing their best
The manager is awesome always trying and coming in with good energy always tries helping everyone!. He needs a raise.. He does his best trying to get the drive thru out and lobby. he handles both sides Sometimes . If the other staffs moved like him this place will do much better!!.
Let start by saying that this is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in Cape Coral!!! I’ve been a paying customer since 2020 when I moved to Cape Coral. The reason I go to this D&D is to buy my 91 year old grandmother her small coffee and her old fashioned donut ? that she loves. This is the only reason I go there. I’ve been getting the senior discount for my grandmother since 2020 and I normally use the drive through. Today 1-26-2022 the female working the drive through window refused to give me the senior discount because my 91 year old grandmother was not present. I explained to her that I always get the senior discount for my grandmother. The female worker stated that she was going to give the discount so I asked for a manager and according to her she was told by the manager that my 91 year old grandmother needed to be present to get the senior discount. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed the way the worker and the manager handled my request. I will never return to this Dunkin’ Donuts!!! They have lost a paying customer.
Asked for a toasted bagel light on cream cheese, and a order of hash browns and a donut. Ended up paying for two bagels neither toasted or light on cream cheese and no hash browns tried to call so I wouldn’t have to wait in the ridiculous long drive thru line and they could just give me my hash browns from front door since dining room was closed. Nope. They answered second call and hung up on me. Worst Dunkin ever.
