Friendly employees in the morning time. I let them serve me whatever they want to give me make some morning nice
imagine just waiting in the drive thru for your drink & all you hear from an employee is “she should smile more” i was caught off guard and asked if he was speaking about me to which the employee confirmed, like im waiting for my order & youre not even the one taking my form of payment. like i’ve worked in fast food when i say something about a customer its not with the window wide opened you must be slow doing that, i shouldve thrown a fit but now im writing a 1 star. someone teach him how to keep comments quiet, because the wrong customer WILL throw a fit
At 5:30 PM we went this location and they had NO DONUTS…drove to another location…SAME THING!! Guess I’ll take my business to Kristen Kream!! They’re always open and have fresh donuts!!
Amazing place to get coffee before school or before work and from my experience i will definitely keep going because everything they serve is phenomenal especially the hot chocolate
This place it’s a joke, they never get coffee right, management don’t train their employee how to make coffee the right way. Don’t bother asking for a regular hot coffee cream and sugar they will make it however they want. I won’t be back here again.
Only every other time do they get my order correct and the blonde at the window is never nice at all. The manager is super kind and helpful, but this particular lady is definitely NOT a people person, and should NOT be working in hospitality in anyway shape or form! She won’t look at you much less great you when you pull up to the window. Always seems to have a chip on her shoulder. This is the face of DUNKIN!? Ewww not a good look. Also when someone orders an avocado TOAST it should be TOASTED otherwise it would be called avocado bread!!
Well can't speak for America, but southwest Florida runs on Dunkin, located in a busy intersection it's a smaller building usually very busy, somehow still get in and out in under 15 minutes these girls and guys rock!!
This place is the worst one I've ever been to. unfortunately its closest to home. always some issue, either short staffed, out of cups/straws. I'd say poorly managed. Prices are catching up to starbucks!
I've been going to this Dunkin Donuts every few months, and each time I've gotten sick. Just some food poisoning type symptoms, and I've only ever bought breakfast takeout.A latte and a sandwich, either way, something is either out of date or not being stored properly at this location.I went to another Dunkin Donuts across in a different town, and was completely fine. Returned to this one today and immediately got sick with in the hour. I'd suggest you look into your staff's preparation, sanitation and preservation of the food. The donuts are good though.
My coffee was exactly how I ordered it. Also ordered munchkins they were out of chocolate glazed (my favorite) but I settled. Munchkins tasted fresh.
