Let me tell you how much I appreciate this current staff that they have employed at this location. It seems to be mainly girls and I always take the drive through to order... But these girls are always so cute and they always have their nails done cute and they always make me feel good and take care of me properly. I really appreciate them in this crazy world. Kudos to management
I’ve been coming here the past month no issues until today. Rude staff not friendly at all. They don’t even put napkins in a bag with 4 sandwiches and when I ask the young lady at the window goes “you said what” who trained these people. Then I ask for grape jelly in which I always get it no problem she said “the lady said you must be charged extra”. Really? For a condiment. I’ll never come back to this location Dunkin’ isn’t that good Starbucks is always better and if I didn’t have my baby in the car I would’ve took it to another level I can’t stand rude people who choose customer service jobs go work somewhere else
4/18/22It's 4:30AM. Drove all the way here because it was the only dunkin in the area that opened at 4am instead of 5am... But it's closed and it is so frustrating. What a waste of time. Please update your google hours.
One of my favorite Dunkin's to go to 9/10 the workers get my drink perfect, very happy with this place.
Went in the drive thru at 5:45 on 01/12/22 and the guy working the window acted like he didn’t want to be there. I ordered two bagels with crème cheese. The bagels where old and there was no crème cheese on the bagels at all! The guy hands me bag as I was leaving I told him thank you and to have a nice day and just looked at me and shut the window!What is was is I didn’t give him a tip like he wanted so he was teaching me a lesson! My order was $5.75 I left 59 cents that’s all the money I had left! What did he want a extra $5 to make my bagels correct?I love Dunkin’ and there bagels but this place didn’t have that same effect nor will I be back! That little boy needs to be trained better and if he wants tip go work in a restaurant where they do that. Dunkin’ Donuts isn’t the place for that!
Days ago I witnessed customers verbally attacking the employees. Yelling and honking in the drive-thru line to go faster because it was clearly busy and using profanity telling these employees to come outside so they can “fix the problem”. They both proceeded outside when the young girl told the employee to please watch her mouth and apologized. Both customers also yelled at both young adults and threatened to get physical which led the employees to get highly upset. The customers called the cops on these kids for being “threatened” even when they were in the wrong for not only threatening minors, making a scene, and lying. Teens shouldn’t have to deal with this ignorance.
Today is 1/9/22 around 330 my husband And I Sat in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes I beeped my horn Two employees came running out There was no manager on site. The black girl was putting her hands up like she wanted to fight me. She was verbally threatening me that I better shut my mouth. I called 911 but left because I was late for my daughter's photo shoot by the way she is 3 years old and had to see an employee threatening her mother. Completely unacceptable when all we wanted was our drink we waited twenty minutes for
Love my Dunkin’. Always great service at this location. I always get the 4 bags of coffee deal!! Love that they have oat milk!
I went here last week and the service after 4pm was astonishing, I was very surprised. I asked for the girls name and I believe her name was Haley. She was very helpful and respectful. It cheered my cloudy day ?. She is definitely one of the most outgoing workers I’ve ever met. I was very pleased with my coffee and food. Cant wait to return❗️
I order from Dunkin Donuts multiple times a week and this is by far the worst location. I realize that people make mistakes and everything can't be perfect all the time so I try not to complain but this is the third time now that I've gone to this location and my orders been inedible. One of my orders the egg taste like soap and I thought maybe I was crazy but after a second and third order on different days having the same result ensures that it's not me. And I find it extremely frustrating that I am always charged for extras added and never receive them. Today I was rushing to work, went through the drive-thru and ordered a croissant with extra cheese, the croissant was not toasted and I paid for extra cheese without receiving it. The egg again tasted like soap so after one bite it was again in the trash. And when you call to inform them they just say "oh do you want to come back?"
