Made an On The Go order this morning 10 min ahead(for drive thru) and when I arrived the line was wrapped around the building. I asked my daughter to just go in hoping it wouldn’t be too inconvenient to give a customer an order inside. After a while, she came back to the car saying the ladies inside told her she needs to pick up at the drive thru. So, with the line backing up each second I wasn’t about to go to the end of the drive they line now…. I went in to apologize for not ordering properly and come to an understanding. Before I could say anything and without them knowing I was the mother… they had her order ready and as they gave it to my daughter the two ladies were complaining about how she ordered; not to her but projected out loud for everyone to hear. “If you order for the drive thru you need to pick up there, people think they can do whatever they want just because they don’t want to wait in line” Clearly they were upset about it, understandable. Why be so petty and unprofessional as to announce it and not directly explain to the customer?? Maybe it was because she is a teen but they didn’t give her the benefit of the doubt and we’re extremely rude. 5/19/2022 around 8:00 am.
When you pull into this Dunkin you have to go all the way around building narrowly missing hitting cars in drive thru. The lot is just not big enough. Also if you get a bagel w cream cheese through the drive thru you have to ask to have your cream cheese put on your bagel and even then they don't always do it even when they are not busy. Food and coffee is great I will say!!
If you're looking for work avoid this store, their manager Dana will threaten to cut your pay/tips, ignore complaints, and hire incompetent employees like herself. My Fiancee has been at this location for a year and they have ignored complaints of coustomers threatening staff, have refused to deny service to hostile coustomers, and have threatend to take money from employess to cover business expenses. Our lawyers have assured us that this conduct is illegal and unprofessional. This business is run terribly and the new owners should be ashamed of the conduct of their management staff. The good news is if you're a piece of trash who likes to threaten staff, a drug user, or someone who likes to be insulted and undervalued this is the business for you! AVOID THIS LOCATION!
Where to start with this location! EVERY single order that I have placed has been wrong.To date I have placed 5 orders. They are 0 for 5.The only reason I go back is that I love their coffee and their bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwiches.1st order I placed, I made the mistake of ordering hashbrowns. The look like charcoal pieces when you pick them up. I asked the girl at the counter why they would give me very burnt hashbrowns. Her answer was " that's the way we make them."She would not credit my card, so I threw them out and ate the 2.19 or whatever they cost me.The 2nd order I received a bagel with sausage on it instead of bacon. Impossible that I would have ordered incorrectly as you physically are unable to order it online with sausage!The 3rd and 4th orders had items missing ( which I caught at the counter. ( I know better than to leave without checking it)Now the 5th order! See the picture of my bagel that must have literally caught fire but they wrapped it up for me anyway.I have written to corporate but they must not have a district mgr that handles this area. The other two stores nearby get horrible reviews as well. Use any of these three locations ( N Ft Myers and Cape Coral) with caution and Check your order before leaving!!!
My first time Going threw Drive threw ,and I get to the window the person must be having a little roughly morning I order my 3 donuts one which wasn't what I order i paid got my change n left I don't leave around the corner the person was very nasty like bored of either he or she working there so when I get home I ask for a all chocolate donut I got a frosted one not at all chocolate I didn't get it for free I got my bag but didn't see at the time at dunkin donuts my hash browns so I ask , instead the person at the window say O ma-am am sorry it's right here No that person came out with a nasty attitude, I pay for my stuff I didn't ask for it to be free , but again if you can't be kind to your customers, WHY..YOUR WORKING THERE! ?? You need to work elsewhere, I definitely won't be returning here again ! Thx to your window person ( Temmi) ?Does that look like a all cover chocolate donut? Absolutely not
It was large enough to accommodate those who wanted to go inside but not crowded that it made one feel uncomfortable. The line moved fast and order was accurate.
employees are very rude and huddle up and stare at you like you are doing something wrong by checking your food to make sure it is the correct item/looks edible. if you tell them your food is cold make sure you’d rather eat it burnt because they don’t give you an in between. my 89 year old grandfather was given the option of eating either a grilled cheese that was cold in the middle and the cheese wasn’t even melted to the point where i could have taken it off the bread and put it back in the cheese wrapper and it would have had the same shape, OR a grilled cheese that was so burnt he was definitely going to struggle eating it and the american cheese was so burnt it was BLACK and it was crispy like a potato chip. they don’t care if it is edible you ask for food they serve it they do not care about quality.
This is by far the WORST Dunkin I've ever been to! When I got to the counter, Christine said, with a grouchy look on her face and attitude in her voice, what can I get you? I said, good morning to you too! She got my coffee wrong and I didn't know until I got home. I had to drive back and received an attitude from everyone, including the Manager! I told them I wanted a refund because I drove to and from, and back again. Faces were made and attitude was present.I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN! They need to remember, without guests, they won't make any money! I will tell EVERYONE not to go there! This wasn't the first time I've had an issue there, it will definitely be the LAST! My drink was only 3/4 full, as was my friend's drink!They need to close the location or, hire better people!
They have some good stuff and they are quick with it but sometimes you can catch some attitude from the drive thru people.
This is by far the worst Dunkin in Lee county. I have NEVER gotten a normal drink there in under 30 minutes. 9 times out of ten they ruin your drink because they don’t measure syrup, they just dump it in and hope it’s right. I just spent 30 minutes in line to get the wrong order.
