5 stars I'm an old customer however last couple times delivery guys haven't kind of rushy,one handed me the pizza kind of rough and almost close my door ,my door in my face jjjj ,the last one ring my bell once it didn't even take me a minute to get the door he was already putting the order in the bench I have outside ,a 40 dollars order ,jjjjjjjjjjj everybody is in a rush jjjjjj over all it's all good ,great food etc still giving you guys 5 stars
Good Pizza, Hot, tasty,and properly cooked ready when I arrived pleasant, counter person greeted me upon arrival and wish me well upon departure
The pizza was delicious. I ordered online which was easy and straightforward and scheduled the pickup time. Got a text when pizza was put into the oven. The pizza was ready on time. Staff was friendly and helpful.
They were so helpful to show me how to put the app on my phone.
My wife and I both delivered pizza for Domino's from 1983 to about 1989 in Fort Myers when Bob Bigelow owned most of the franchises in Lee County. Actually, my whole family worked there. Domino's holds a special place for us in our life, fun times, fun people, and making great money. We have slowly been ordering less and less over the years because of a decline we've seen in overall quality of the products and service. I have to congratulate you because for the first time in a long time, something tastes the way I remember it tasting! It brought back all those great memories of the food and fun we used to have. And we were absolutely thrilled with the cinnamon twirl desserts and apple pie dip! Keep up the great work!
Please don’t order from here I order two pan pizza it came hand toss and the whole box was oily I called and they give me credit I order the next day my two pan again they give me hard time telling me they can’t find my credit made the driver wait at my house ten minutes while they talked and had me on hold the phone lady was rude telling me not to yell when I was speaking a bit loud because I explained my self three times I’m from out town this was the worse most unprofessional Domino’s ever Thank you
Messed up my order and told me i had a credit because they got my order wrong , i called the next day for my credit and they tell i don't have any. Super unprofessional! Never again!
Used to be a frequent customer....no longer - this store is absolutely the worst in customer service (I know a little...used to have 5 cafes & a catering business)Ordered pizza, calzone and crazy bread special...it was supposed to come with a couple of sauces, so I ordered & paid for 6 more sauces...i got home and there was only 1 sauce...long story short they refused to refund my $$ for the sauces they forgot to give me...the girls name was Grace I believe...lol ironic name for her I think - so unprofessional
Always good! And such a great value with their daily deals. I love the bistro seats in the window. It doesn't get any fresher than that.
Before tonight I would have given 5 stars but honestly there is no need to try to make your customer feel stupid for accidentally hitting an extra topping. Don't call to talk to them because they make you feel like the bad guy. Guess the app isn't that helpful.
