I went inside to pick up my order I placed on their app and I arrived a couple minutes early before my pickup time. When I walked in I could see what I assumed was my order sitting behind the counter but there was no one up front and that meant my food had been already sitting there for a while. This location has this issue a lot. If you are short staffed, close the lobby like some places have been so this can be avoided. I waited an additional 14 minutes before someone addressed me and walked up front (even after trying to flag someone down). I stated that my food would be cold/ice cream melted when they handed it to me and they did not offer to remake the food. I figured I didnt want to wait again anyway. I asked for a refund and they said I have to do that online. I went to the online Q&A and it states to contact your local store for a refund so which is it? On top of that the inside was filthy!
i just ordered 1 large oreo dirt pie blizzard and 2 medium chocolate chip cookie dough blizzards. we got 1 large blizzard don’t even know what the flavor is but it is not what we ordered. we got 1 small blizzard that has peanuts in it… i’m allergic to peanuts. at least one of the blizzards were right. terrible service.
Your drive thru employee who is a male named Emily according to my receipt, either needs a hearing aid. Or your facility provides the worst training I have seen. Not only was the order repeated 4 times, there were long periods of silence in between. He had the wrong order at the window. And still handed us our original order wrong. After he repeated it to us. Waiting almost 20 min. (for two ice cream cones) from the time we drove up, to the time we drove away is RIDICULOUS. Either he needs retraining, your facility needs a better headset, or he needs to lay off the strain he’s consuming.
The manager on at 3:45 Sunday May 1st needs to be a little nicer to his employees. I was standing there waiting to order for awhile. No problem. A nice kid came over helped me. This guy in a grey DQ shirt. I’m assuming a manager came over and was so nasty to this kid….. told him not to leave the area he told him to stay in. He said I was just trying to help and he said go get out of here. WOW. I should have left. But I had 3 little hungry ones. He was nasty to me And just miserable.We went to get ice. No ice. He asked the kid in the “chill” area to get it. He was making shakes or something. He goes “or not”. Huffed off. Got ice. Mean as hell.I went up. Gave the boy a tip. And told him he deserves to work in a place that treats him better. He was the nicest kid and so respectful.Nobody should hear or see this abuse. Nobody should ever be treated this way!!!!!Or treat guest that way.
Decided to stop and get ice cream with my children. Tried to order but the bald guy was too busy discussing with an employee about using the other register because it didn’t have a till in it. When we finally ordered my sons ice cream was incorrect. It was supposed to be chocolate. I told the employee that but the bald guy decided to walk by me and tell me in front of the other customers and employees that I did not tell him chocolate. I reminded him that he wasn’t even paying attention because he was too busy reprimanding the employee!
We bought a birthday cake for my stepson it was delicious
They’ve been missing the mark every time! Behind the counter looks like a bomb went off, staff unprofessional. Can’t get hot fudge or whip cream. We were told they don’t carry whip cream anymore! And it costs extra for a lid??!!
Onion rings are delicious. Great burgers which are big and juicy and they don't skimp on the toppings. Food is always hot.
I only give them 5 stars ? because I love this place and they ice-cream ? but the staff that work there have a very bad attitude.
3/25/2022We only came for the limited time purple berry ice cream dip....But ended up getting burgers and fries too ..The ice cream was delicious...The dining area was filthy...Service was excellent....That's all I got...
