I spoke to manager named Isabella bec we came home, my daughter does not have her chicken tender. She said she cannot refund it, she cannot even endorse it to fellow managers so next time we come back we will get it she said she can only mail me a friggin coupon. I drove 30 mins from ft. Myers paid toll and she wants me to drive back to get the tenders? Least that she can do is to refund but she won’t do it.
Where’s the Quality: I come to Culver’s and wait in line to get a freshly cooked hamburger, sadly that is not what I got on 11 May, the burger was paper thin and cold. It wasn’t even warm enough to melt the cheese which was cold. The staff at the drive trough was very nice, but Culver you need to step your game up. If I wanted a pre cooked hamburger from a warm tray I would go to Mc Donald’s. Oh I have been going to this Culver’s since they opened.
Custard was ok, not the best, service was friendly but they ran out of icecream and instead of letting us know before we ordered, they let us sit in the drive thu and wait 25 minutes while they prepared more. Poor business practice, and manager should have taken steps to inform the customers beforehand. Would probably not go back when there are other options in the area.
Good burgers and fries. Great ice cream/custard. I will definitely go back.Place is also very clean.
When I tried Culver’s, I found the food to be very greasy. Today I thought I would try their ice cream because people were saying how good the custard was. Well, not so. I had the daily feature and it was so sweet I couldn’t eat it. Plus the custard taste like regular ice cream. Dairy Queen still has the best blizzards. Don’t waste your money on Culver’s greasy, overly sweet food.
Tastes food, friendly servers, great ice cream. Plenty of seating. If you haven't visited Culver's then treat yourself and give them a try... you won't be disappointed!
I had a really great experience here! One of the managers Karis I think her name was, greeted me and served us right away. One of the team members, Bethany was also really helpful with giving me something new to try. Best time to go is around 10-11 at night. Kinda sad though because I didn't get the right portioning. Guess that's what I get for bothering them lol
Yummy comfort food! The service was excellent! The girl behind the counter quickly moved through a line of 6 people in front of me in a very speedy, efficient and friendly manner.
Stopped here for lunch when we went to Cape Coral. Had the cod fish sandwich and it was outstanding. My wife had the chicken nuggets and they too were excellent. Highly recommend. Rating... excellent.
I do like your ice cream! One of my favorite fast food place. Excellent burgers.
