10/10 would recommend. I got a beef burrito, and it was most likely the best burrito I've tried. I also tried my girlfriend's carne asada burrito and it was even better! Will for sure get that next time. I never knew that putting congri rice on a burrito would make it so much better. The burrito had lots of flavor, and the price is very reasonable, considering that the burrito that is around $8 was so filling that me, my girlfriend, our friend all struggled to finish our burritos. I highly recommend trying this food truck out and I will for sure be coming here often!
Excellent food and service! We went there for the first time today on a recommendation from our daughter and it was fantastic highly recommend.
Great Cuban/Mexican food truck. I ordered the Cuban bacon sandwich and it was very good. My wife ordered the chorizo burrito and said it was the most flavorful burrito she’s ever had. I’ll be a regular, for sure.
Food was good. Friendly service, but a bit slow. Waited over 30 minutes for food.

Authentic delicious and fresh made by these two amazing women ( on the day I was there) The prices are fair and the menu is simple. So stop by grab some amazing food and enjoy!!!
Great food. The prices were great and the menu has everything you want. I had the monster burrito ? and got it within minutes. Great flavor and fresh ingredients
Usually pretty good. It depends on who is working because I have been buying lunch from Cubamex the last year and it's hit or miss. The Asada tacos, either the meat is all chewy fat or the tortillas taste raw like they weren't put on the grill. Pan con bistec is good sometimes.But overall they are ok.
This truck knocks it out of the park! As a Mexican married to a Cuban this hits home for us. I’ve had the pupusas, burrito, Cuban sandwich, and tacos. Authentic taste, priced right, made to order, friendly service. I haven’t had to wait longer than I would expect for fresh food. If I wanted fast food I’d go to McDonald’s. I’d wait as long as it takes for the quality and taste of the food served here.
Excellent food. We moved close to this and our daughter wanted to try it. It was fresh, delicious, and friendly.
