This is my go too Chipotle! I’ve been to Chipotle all over the country, literally… and no exaggeration have been to Chipotle at least 2000 times since 2008.In my experience, Chipotle Del Prado provides one of the best experiences to the consumer of any of the Chipotle’s I’ve been too. If you’re not a regular already, you likely may be after your first visit! Cheers my friends ?

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Online orders are terrible. Even if you put extra saying that they half scoop it is generous. The online orders are completely disrespected and disregarded. Always order it in the restaurant if you can. Have ordered online from here too many times and am disappointed 8/10 times. Go in if you have the chance to.
Waited 15 minutes for a take out order as I watched them make new customers food( customers that arrived after I had).
Steward or whatever else his name is SHOULD NOT be on the front line! Very rude and customer service skills are a negative 10! The cashier or whom ever she was was just as bad! Throwing my food and eye rolling all because I asked for lettuce.. Come on Chipotle I know you can do better..Myself and my employees would eat here once a week.. That will NEVER happen again! Word of advice if you do not like your JOB QUIT ! Do not disrespect the customers that are paying YOUR BILLS! Also you should tell the manager to order utensils.. I asked the girl at the front register (the one that already did the eye roll thing) for a fork and her response.. “we don’t have any” and proceeded to throw my bag of food at me! Nonsense!
This is hands down the worst Chipotle in the area. The one in Fort Myers is always a great experience and the food is always delicious. Unfortunately we live in Cape Coral so we sometimes go to this location and I can honestly say we have never had a good experience. The food is never that great and the staff is horrible. Judging by the other reviews cooperate should definitely help this location out.
Today, when I arrived there was at least 5 people in line and I waited 30 minutes for my mobile order to be ready after getting there on time; they are always out of the ingredients you want in your meal and there’s no point in ordering online because you’ll just have to wait when you get there. If you order online you pretty much have to get there and ask them to make your online order in order to get it. Unfortunately this is the only chipotle on Del Prado.
I'm not sure what her name was, but on 1/7/22 at 2140 I walked into the restaurant. They didn't have much left as far as meat went but ad we checked out the woman realized they didn't have chips left. She left the register and made a fresh batch of chips just for us. Great customer service. Thank you. Wish I knew her name but Chipotle, you have a great employee
My sister spent 40 minutes at the DelPrado location after placing an online order and paying $10. When she went in to see if the order was ready, the counterman told her she had to place the order online. She told him she did. He walked away from her, she called to speak to the manager and they left the phone off the hook. Horrible! $10! ?
So nice to have employees who can actually roll burritos, not balls like my local Chipotle.
