I will not be using this chipotle anymore. I don’t know what the issue is but they have massively screwed up my order more than 2 times in the last month. This time they attached the my receipt to the wrong bag. Last time they didn’t even pay attention to the requested order. It’s either proper training or staffing people who can fulfill orders properly. They used to get the order correct. But there’s been a noticeable decline in how prepared the location is for customers to walk through the door. When you complain to them, the go to answer is chips and quac, not even to refund you for the order. Steer clear of this location especially ordering online.
My online order was a few minutes behind as they were cooking fresh chicken (very minor inconvenience). The cashier was SO friendly and apologetic, especially for just a few minute delay. She even offered me a free drink. Fresh food and excellent service. A++ and give her a raise ?
I go to this location 2 times a week and as time has gone on over the years the experience gets worse and worse. The place is always a mess, with standing water by the fountain drinks on a daily basis. The staffing is going down hill too. A lack of professionalism to say the least. But the most irritating thing is the music the employees play in the kitchen that’s louder than the music that the store is playing. You end up listening to a jumbled mess of new age rap (kitchen) and chill music (dinning area). Kills the whole vibe and is very distracting while trying to hold a conversation. Only thing keeping me a customer is really good sweet tea and cold A/C
This place is so friendly and always gets the order right, I wouldn't let them roll my joints for me but the burritos flavor was good which is where it counts, also consistent service every time
Food was much more tasty this past visit! Friendly staff and easy to pick up order.
Place was dirty, trash over flowing, young man cooking had no head covering, food was cold. Won't be going back...Moe's is much better. Farther to drive but worth it!
First time in a Chipotle and not great. First appearance is dirty and messy. Pretty much food spilled all over the line and covering the tables in the back. Just not a great picture. The employees were not friendly and just moving you through as fast as possible. For what it cost, you don’t even get chips. Will stick with Moe’s from now on. ??2.8
Im not one to normally write a bad review but what really disappointed me on my order i received a hour ago ithad stale chips and to make it worse open my bag and my chicken burrito bowl wasnt closed all the way. Half my dinner was in the bottom of the bag. I ordered from the Pine Island location alot and was very disappointed. May be thinking of trying some place different.

This location is the absolute worst one I have ever been to. The staff is rude and uneducated in chipotle's business standards. They close the doors and only accept online orders when people show up at 9.30 and refused to feed them .sign on the windows say open till 10 p.m. but staff is more interested in turning customers away. They have no clue how to operate a business. Store hours are till 10 p.m. and they lock the doors at 9 p.m. tell you they only doing online services. Lol then change your business hours ...
