The food is decent, but they offer an item on Doordash that is a combination of boneless ribs, fried rice and an egg roll. It’s a scam! If you order it, all you’ll get is the boneless ribs. Then they’ll argue with you, that you don’t deserve the fried rice and egg roll, even though they SOLD YOU THAT, and you pay for it! They say it’s an appetizer size, but I clicked the item that showed I’d get all three, and they cheated me. They refused to fix the problem. They lie!
Dear China Tokyo Express, You have just lost a customer. Why? Because we have been ordering from you for two years and were finally met with an egg drop wonton soup and shrimp with lobster sauce that was only suitible for wallpwer glue. When we complained, you chose to disregard our complaint. Instead, you chose to tell us that you use very little salt in you cooking because high sodium is a public health concern and that you tasted the soup and it was fine. Well, let me tell you it was not fine. Both tasted as if your poured into the pan the cornstarch slurry used as a thickener and did not bother to add anything else at all. What you sent us was hot thick water. GROSS!!!! I am glad to see that you are doing sooooo well that you can afford to lose a customer to a competitor. Good-bye and good luck!
Dissappointed. When I order chicken & snowpeas in white sauce that's all that should be there. What I was servered was a takeout with a few chicken chunks, a few snowpeas, LOTS of celery, LOTS of onion and some carrots. Padding out the dish with cheap vegetables does not make for good eating or for my repeat business. Will not be going back.
They don't actually give you what's pictured on the menu for the items. Paid $8 for chicken teriyaki, picture shows it on a bed of rice with teriyaki sauce, they gave me chicken teriyaki on a stick which is an appetizer and charge for the meal. When I asked for white rice they said it doesn't come with white rice, I showed them the item on their menu that clearly shows it with white rice and they said they would have to charge extra for the rice even though I already paid for the meal and only got the appetizer.I won't eat here again.
I have been ordering food from here for 6 months and it's always been good. Tonight my order got messed up. Mistakes happen, I understand. When I called them back they made me a fresh order and even threw in some extras! Great customer service!
So we ordered delivery tonight. The order was COMPLETELY wrong. Literally every single thing. I also currently have food poisoning from their chicken. DO NOT EAT HERE EVER. Completely disgusting, incorrect, and unsafe.

Been ordering from here for years, everything great haven’t ordered in six months and yesterday I got the spare ribs ( my normal order) and there was not a piece of meat on any of them, and I said to my husband how did they not hear the bone hitting the wok as they were heating them up! Done with them!!!!!
No dine in but np delivery or pick up is fine,food is great and staff friendly.
It's the best Chinese food I've ever had in Cape Coral since I moved down here 20 years ago
