Ordered the Mongolian beef and schezwan chicken. The “beef” dish had very little meat. All onions. I’m not even sure the meat in either dish was chicken or beef. They both had very unusual texture and disgusting. It’s a shame the quality wasn’t there as the sauces the food was prepared in had a great flavor. I was hoping I had found a good Chinese restaurant fairly close to my house but I can never order from here again. We ended up throwing both dishes out.
The owners must have changed because the quality of the food has tanked. They don't make fried rice anymore, they just use yellow rice. The fried food is greasy, over battered, and mushy. They no longer have any coupons. The lo mein is atrocious. It's so sad, this place used to be good. Now they are cutting corners everywhere and the quality is awful.
Very unfriendly asked for extra soy sauce she gave me one. Fried rice was terrible small amounts of pork and they added peas and carrots. $10.60 for rice.
Accidentally ordered from here instead of the other location. Absolute garbage. Ordered my food at 5:25, didn't come until 7:18. And the food was so gross. Take your business elsewhere.
Food is absolutely Disgusting ? this Chinese restaurant should be closed. There is another China express off Hancock bridge and Santa Barbara that’s a lot better
I ordered food over phone and the guy taking my order told me 35 when the white American driver came to my door it was magically 38. I had 50$ dollar bill and the driver didn’t magically have change. I said why’s it more and like the drunk/junkie he probably is he just shrugged saying he had no idea and probably the delivery charge the restaurant taxes on. This happened 3 times. On the 3rd time I called the restaurant and they said it was supposed to be 35. It turns out the driver was adding his own delivery charge meaning he was pretty much stealing. I warn everyone to never order from this place again. There’s a 100 other Chinese places in the area
Horrible!!! Accidentally ordered from wrong China Express (China Express on Hancock is exceptional). Figured," how bad can it be"? Raw chicken in egg foo young,called restaurant and was told manager would get back to me,never happened. Sweet and sour chicken was over cooked, chewy and stringy texture, old tasting chicken,batter greasy and tasted like fry oil was never changed. Not worthy of one star!

I really love the food here, the portions are generous and flavorful. Very authentic! My go to from now on for yummy Chinese food.
