Todays visit I ordered from the app and went to pick up my order from the drivethru. I waited in the drivethru for 10 minutes where the cars didn’t move at all so decided to just go inside to pick up. I went to the counter and told them I’m picking up my online order. I saw my sandwiches sitting there but no one would bag them for me. The girl at the counter just continued on to take other peoples orders while the manager just ignored everything around her. I waited for at least 5 minutes before giving up and sending my girlfriend in to try. She went to the counter where now just the manager was and she continued to ignore all the customers in line. 2 minutes later she looked up and told the next person in line they have to wait cuz apparently I’m more important. When I told her I’m picking up she literally turned around and grabbed my 2 sandwiches and put them in a bag which took 10 seconds. This restaurant is always ridiculously slow. They need training in efficiency starting with management. I am tired of wasting my precious time and will not be going to this location again. I will drive the extra couple of minutes to go to Chiquita and Cape Coral pkwy. The overall time spent will be less anyway. I hope they see this review and will work on getting the drivethru moving faster and just being more efficient overall
A large for 3.50$ had a onion ring in the middle of it all and still wasn't full.Picture is with all fries and onion ring.
The fries were fresh and crispy, I would come back the service was fast and the workers were very friendly.
Ask for fresh cooked hashrounds. I dare you. What you'll get is very nasty attitudes, and hashrounds that were old when you pulled in, refried again, and now the greasiest mess you've ever seen. Not a one time experience - this is the standard at this Santa Barbara Blvd. location. Now, go down to Cape Coral Pkwy. W. and you'll get perfectly fresh hashrounds. In fact, at that location you'll not have to request fresh because they don't serve old food to begin with there. And attitudes - the folks down there are incredibly kind and friendly. I've never seen a breakfast line at either location. Lunch may be a different story, but I stop there for breakfast only. Santa Barbara location also removes the survey codes from their receipt so you're unable to let BK what a poor showing they're making at that place.
It has been more than 10 years since I have eaten at a Burger King. I was pleasantly pleased with our meal. We all got whoppers our way and they were perfect. They fries were hot and full of flavor. We will definitely be coming back in the future.
Great customer service by Molly. She was extremely kind and professional. She offered my dog a pup cup which was so sweet since I just found out some sad news about him. This turned both of our nights around. Thank you molly!
I ordered using the BK app and that was okay ... Picked up our food in the lobby and had the chance to visit with a couple crew members and assistant manager. They were very helpful and gave an honest review (when pressed) of how the app affects the flow for them ... I had thought it would make things easier, because the food could be made and set aside once the person arrived and clicked the "I am here" button ... Burger King, however does not have the "online order" parking slots like at Chick-fil-A, and they price themselves in serving your food hot, so what actually ends up happening is more like you are just cutting in line in front of the people who arrived there first. Since you have to either come in to the lobby or go through the drive thru ... Anyway after clicking the button on your phone to let them know you've arrived (and some people click that button while they're still en route) ... So it messes with their flow and you are kinda the @$$hole for cutting in line.My husband and I have been frequenting this Burger King ?? location since it opened and they have really gotten their stuff together since the early days. The crew now is truly spot-on and the food is always prepared well. The facility is kept clean and welcoming, at least it's been that way whenever we've visited no matter what time of day.We highly recommend this Burger King location!
I live right around the corner so I'm here every so often, only con I have is sometimes I does take a good second to get through the drive through, but you have some wonderful employees who have a great sense of humor!!!
People are great. Very patient. But lobby service over drive thru needs serious work. They need to at least serve you in the order, that you place your order. 20 minutes in an empty lobby is way too long. Order was hot an correct.
The usual BK, nothing special but nothing negative either. Very busy area for traffic though! BK is preferred over McD's and this particular one got our order correct and put together in a timely fashion during peak lunch period. Again crazy to get into and out of due to traffic but not a bad choice for grabbing a bite to eat. Cape Coral keeps getting busier with all the people continuing to move here.
