My wife and I had a nice dinner here. They have very friendly staff. Tons of drink options sodas, a number of different beers on tap and colorful cocktails. The wings are great! Perfectly cooked and there are tons of options for sauces and dry rubs.

Great service. Went on a non game night so it was chill and quiet. Seems like the ring sauce is hotter than other wild wings I've been to but the last time I went they didn't call it blazing reaper sauce. A definite plus that it's hotter as I might have to go beat the wing challenge again!

Normally visiting the buffalo wild wings franchise is amazing! However this is not the case here. Cups are dirty, wings are dry and asked for a simple drink to be given as “non-alcoholic”. Then was told “if the bartender wants to”. Our waitress Ashley was amazing and did what she could. Very respectful and found ways to solve problems the the bartender would be making difficult.

Walked into the mens bathroom after smashing some Carolina reaper wings and found the only stall to look like this. The fluid on the floor infront of the toilet isn’t water. The pics speak for themselves. Food was decent and the service was mid.

Arrived at 9:30pm, was seated. After 15 minutes of not seeing a waitress, 2 separate groups were seated and promptly had drinks and orders taken. One waitress was to busy on her cell, so we left and spent our money else where. We ; as locals, will not be back.

I am writing out of frustration for the lack of attention at this location. My husband ordered a bundle called the 20/20 bundle with fries. He also ordered the carrots and celery and the sauces on the side. This was a carry out order. I went inside (no, they DO NOT bring it out to the car even though there are carry out spots for parking). I went inside to pick up my order at the pick-up counter. A young girl pointed to a shelving unit and said look over there. That was all the help she offered. I returned home with our dinner. Much to my surprise, there was sauce on every last piece of chicken. My husband ordered sauce on the side because I am diabetic. I can't have most sauces (dressings, gravies, etc.) as most have sugars or flour. I looked at a tag that was stuck onto my order with a sticker that said " checked by..." There wasn't any name written here which leads me to believe that it really wasn't checked by anyone at the restaurant. In any event, if there is ever a "next time" I will be sure to check my order before I leave. I am giving 2 stars --one for the fact that it was ready when I arrived and one because I should have checked the order before I left.

Good food, good wait staff - the ones working. They "check out" after 8 PM, though.They don't close until 9 PM, but they stopped bussing any tables or cleaning anything on the floor an hour before that. You could hear the kitchen staff laughing and screaming from the table. A number of employees were just hanging out towards the front of the store, waiting to close, not paying attention to the mess. Couldn't get a refill on my drink, took forever to get our check. This would easily get a 5-star review if the staff would treat 8 PM like noon.

After having the pleasure of waiting for 52 mins for a to go order (that I was originally told would take 20-25), I then had the delight of opening a box of fried pickles that looked like this. Not exactly what I’d call “appetizing.”

Terrible service with on-line order; left all sides off order; no sauces included that were ordered; no dressing for salad. All were on the receipt as ordered, but not included;

We have been to this location twice and had the same waitress (Marissa), who is NOT very attentive. We have to wait for help. Both times, it was a Saturday afternoon, in between lunch and dinner, when it was pretty empty. So you’d think you’d have more attention. In addition, the glasses and plates/trays were not clean. See photo. We don’t recommend this location.
