This was our 1st time here. A very nice bowling alley. Haven't bowled in 14 years. Everything is automated now. The lanes are very clean

Scheduled a birthday party and one week out they cancelled on us. Stephanie, who was very rude and inconsiderate, told us that they had a contract with another party and couldn’t accommodate us. I wouldn’t use them due to poor customer service and lack of empathy
Very unhappy with our bowling experience this evening. We bowl 2-3 times a week, arrive early for our 5 pm reservation and even make our reservations early. Several times now we have paid $10 extra for VIP bowling and been put d at the very end of the alley where the air is stifling. We complained tonight because sweat was pouring off of us. There were bowlers on both sides of us and quite a few open lanes but rather than move us or adjust the AC we were told there was nothing they could do. Very unhappy with with the poor customer service. No music playing tonight either for some reason.
Great looking place just can't believe that they know their holding a state tournament starting tomorrow and people are traveling from all over state and want to practice beforehand and instead they are denied because they have a league instead... Not thought out ahead of time. Sorry won't let me respond to response... And yes I know they have leagues that go 36 weeks and understand that but do remember when you agree to take on tournaments it does come with a price of being able to make space available for people traveling from out of area. We did get to come by at almost 11pm enough to bowl 1 game before they closed. But hearing from others we met from different cities are upset that now they are having to bowl blind with no knowledge of conditions of lanes and with only 10 mins of practice beforehand doesn't really give them to much chance of knowing what balls to throw.
This place is tons of fun!! They have great bowling and pizza deals on Sunday!!

This bowling alley has it all. Good service , nice alleys and very good food from Nemo's which is attached to this place. So you have a great bar and bowling in one place. The bar has table seating and bar seating. Pool tables and dart boards for your entertainment. The alleys are clean and family friendly. There us also a section for private parties. The staff cleans and disinfect after you leave so that's awesome. Bathrooms are also clean. The food is very good. The giant pretzels OMG ? please get one !!Come on down and enjoy . Oh and after bowling you can walk across the parking lot for some miniature golf. Good times Good vibes ?
