Big8 BBQ is a spectacular place to eat. The food and service have always been wonderful.I also love that this locally owned business supports community events & is actively involved.The picture below is from one of the trolley events they partake in. SO YUMMY!
The food was truly amazing!! Tender and tasty! The owner came over to our table and was so nice! He was truly proud of the food he was making as he should be. We got the brisket smokie to start not pictured bc it was delicious. Pictured: half jerk chicken and pick 2 platter with burnt end and ribs. Sides mac and cheese and corn bread (of course)! They also offer alcoholic beverages such as $5 beers ! We will definitely be back !

Came down to Cape coral for vacation. We happened to see this place as a "food near you" option on Google and decided to give it a try..... ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! I enjoyed the Tornado (couldn't finish as it is massive!) And my wife had the Cubano sandwich which was also a delicious choice. We are in town for a week and we will definitely be back before we leave. Would highly recommend!!

had the burger (pepperjack chs on a kaiser bun. with lettuce and tomato) and 8 cheese mac. really Awesome stuff. highly recommend it to anybody if you want to try a new high quality food place.
My family and I have been wanting barbecue for some time. We ALL enjoyed our orders! My son wouldn’t stop talking about his food! I ordered the 2 meat platter (brisket & burnt ends), the 8 cheese Mac, cornbread, big 8 beans & banana pudding. My man had the 2 meat platter (Turkey & pulled chicken), collard greens, cornbread, big 8 beans, and the peanut butter pie. My son had the big 8 burger with cheese, big 8 Mac and cheese, and the brownie with ice cream. Everything was SO good! I had to stop myself from eating all my man’s collard greens. The portions and the quality of food was amazing! We are very pleased, and I highly recommend.
It's a nice place. Comfortable and definitely smells good. We got smoked pepper jack cheese for an appetizer. Wife and I were both happy with this. The pretzel bread it comes with and the just-right smokiness of the cheese was a treat. Wife got jambalaya (pic). I got a mini tornado (pic) and 3 bones (pic) because I couldn't make up my mind. Wife was content with the jambalaya. I tried some and the flavor was good with just the right amount of kick. I would've been happier with the my tornado if all the different items were in separate piles on the plate. I realize it wouldn't be a tornado then. But at least I'd be able to tell which items were really good and what was bringing it down. The ribs were just okay. Wouldn't crack my top 10 for sure. The banana pudding we got for dessert was decent. We didn't regret the visit by any means. There's some unique things on the menu that were neat to try. I won't be returning because the prices were too high for the mediocre food that it was.
I really wanted BARBQ today . And this place was it Great service, super clean. But the food was out of this world melted in your mouth good! I had the smoked CORN BEEF sandwich
I have to say. OMG!! I have had BBQ in Texas and this brings a smile ?. Great BBQ. Oh, make your own opinion. But you can't go wrong. They treat you right. Friendly. They make it right if they don't have it or run out they will make it good. FYI order early. They do run out.
