The Manager that was on 7/28/22 around 6:30 pm should be recognized for going above and beyond his customer satisfaction as Arby's does not have their spicy nuggets anymore my husband was devastated the Manager had his staff coat the nuggets with the spicy sauce! He was very on point with his customers! Thank you!
Everyone was excellent. The entire staff was professional and with a smile. We ordered a beef and cheddar regular roast beef and a gyro and they were all delicious.
Went to Arbys last night, about 9:30 was told the machines were down and I couldn’t order anything, I asked which machines because I could pay cash and explained I drove 20 minutes to get there. No response. Wendy’s and Taco Bell next door didn’t seem to be having issues. But it was weird why have looked like 4 employees standing around doing nothing if you can’t sell food.
I was a regular customer until last night. This store is now closing at 8:00 pm. I was in line waiting to order before 8:00 as were several others and at 8:00 with five cars in line they stopped taking orders. The manager was rude. The sign said they were “closeing”. I won’t be back.
I stopped coming to this location a few years ago. Was always nasty. Stale buns with rock fries. Cold food. Well something changed for the good because I stopped in per request of lunch pool and regretted ordering, was pleasantly surprised the food was perfect. Thank you
I ordered the new hamburger deluxe and it’s nothing like in the photoshop Brochures . Lettuce and tomatoes should be fresh and full just like in the photo. Hamburger was rare . All these fast foods are disgusting !
After sitting in the drive thru line for 25mins, our food was cold. Paying almost $30 for 2 meals, I'd expect my food to be heated. This is rediculous and you've lost another customer! Better hope I don't get sick from the undercooked food, I'll own that place!!
Their new mac n cheese is wicked good! Hoping it becomes a permanent option! Paired with one of their smooth/thick chocolate shakes yummy!
Staff isn’t the best and food isn’t the freshest, but it was faster than McDonald’s, they have a good variety and nothing was unavailable. Having a staff meeting in the dining area in the middle of the day was kind of weird.
It's been awhile since we have had Arby's. 2 for 6 bucks. Well worth it.Friendly fast courteous service.
