The food was good. They cooked my food exactly how I ordered it. We didn't have to wait and our food came out fast. Their coffee wasn't the best, but I wasn't expecting gourmet coffee from a diner like this. Parking is also limited as they only have a few dedicated spots. We had to park down the street a bit and walk. Prices were reasonable considering the area, but I am used to it being a little less expensive at similar style restaurants in Ohio. Overall sold four stars and would recommend if you're looking for a little family style diner.
Your typical diner, with excellent breakfast choices. I had the Southern Style (includes a half-order of biscuits and gravy) with a side of bacon. It was great, except for the home fries - they were a bit big and carelessly prepared. The restaurant was packed when we got there (11:00am), but got a little less crowded by the time we left.
Delicious food and large portions at very fair prices! Friendly staff! Annie's isn't real close to our home, so we don't get there as often as we'd like. But when we do, my wife and I enjoy it immensely. The Greek omelet is fantastic and the Southern Breakfast is great as well.

Food was good. The single pancake they serve must be their signature dish as it's as large as the plate. They ran out of corned beef hash by 9:30am. Our only chance to try it as we don't live in the area.

This is a hometown favorite in Cape Coral. The menus has something for everyone and everything is good. The service is fast and efficient. We got seated right away but late comers had a short wait outside. Parking is a slight issue as the parking lot is small. T to his place is worth stopping at.
