The girl In Window very Rude and Talking over me No Customer service at all I will not be visiting This store at all again and was very upset about the Food I Got after buying over $20.00 of Food Food was cold and old DO BETTER!!!

They dont clean out their frosty machine and i get sick every time i order one

Our salads were terrible so disappointed because Wendy's salads are usually our favorite!! They were definitely not fresh and it wasn't even busy when we went through the drive thru

Employees at this place are the most rude people I've ever met and the manager with the crazy color hair whatever her name is just let's employees yell at costumers out the window. I've really never been treated so poorly at any restaurant. Tighten up your staff folks.

Was a little busy when we went. Manager seems nice. Good crew. Good food. It's a Wendy's. I highly recommend the CHOCOLATE Frosty! (As if there is Any other kind of frosty?) the only thing worth mentioning is that the fryer oil needed to be changed but sometimes that can not be helped when you are super busy or other unavoidable things. It just makes the food more tan?☺️

The blonde girl that worked drive thru 4/6/22 around 6:30 was extremely rude when taking my order and constantly talking over me. Her tone and attitude was horrible and you can tell she was this way towards her colleagues as well. I’m never coming back because it’s always a constant issue at this location.

I ordered a pecan apple salad through the mobile app. I checked the ingredients/toppings twice because I am a picky eater. I arrived and picked up the food then went back to work to eat it. Once I opened it, I realized that there was grilled chicken and blue cheese, which I hadn't seen on the ingredient list. I returned to this restaurant to let them know my salad was made wrong. I go up to the cash register and politely tell them, "Hey, I got a salad earlier today, but it was made wrong. It has blue cheese and grilled chicken." The lady at the register says in a clipped tone, "Yes, it comes with that." I was surprised and said, "Oh, I didn't know because I didn't see it on the website". Again, in an annoyed tone, she says, "Yeah, it's on the website." I said "oh, okay". She tells me that they can remake the salad. I said that it was okay. I tell the lady that the phone number on the website and on the receipt wasn't dialing through and it would just beep, but not ring. She tells me that she will tell her manager that and asks if she can bring the receipt. I said of course, that'd be great. While she's telling her manager, I hear two other crew members about 10 feet away from me talking about me. One is filling in the other one how I mistakenly thought the salad was made wrong. The other one says sarcastically, "It's on the website! Read the fine print. It's not that hard." The two crew members continue to talk terribly about me and make me feel very stupid. I could clearly hear them and I hadn't been rude when I tried returning the salad so I wasn't sure what the issue was. I even declined the remade salad because it had been my fault and not theirs. The first lady returns and tells me that she told her manager that the number wasn't working and the manager said that they knew that. It seemed like they weren't going to do much about the phone number not working properly. I did go on the website again for the third time and they were right, it is definitely there in the ingridents list. Im not sure how I missed twice, but I did. Anyways, all I have to say is that my experience was very unprofessional and the lack of customer service was embarrassing. Embarrassing because they made me feel embarrassed, but the experience was also embarrassing because of how they treat customers.

I rarely ever leave a bad review on a restaurant but this morning wendys deserved this one star!I place a mobile pick it. My husband arrives at the store to pick up through drive thru.They have him wait on our order(OK so if he is waiting everything should be hot n fresh). That so was NOT THE CASE.. our sandwiches were cold and so were our potatoes!! This seems to be happening ALOT at this location lately....Every time we order food its cold!!I know what its like I've worked in the restaurant field for well over 20 years!!Customers want their food FRESH AND HOT not COLD AND GROSS!!I KNOW YALL CAN DO BETTER... GET IT TOGETHER WENDYS!

I love wendys i truley do but tonight i ordered a 60 dollar order threw door dash and i know its late but i deserve fresh hot patties i ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger and my patty was so cold and dried up the cheese was ice cold just laying on the burger. My bacon on my cheese fries were just a little undercooked for me and most ppl i will always return but very bad experience tonight

I got of their supposedly great fries. Went through the drive thru and had to immediately go back because the fries weren't hot. And, even though I brought them back because they weren't hot, the new fries were warmer but not hot. I don't think McDonald's has anything to worry about
