As I was placing my order at the counter, a manager named Kourt was overheard by myself degrading another female employee in front of everyone working and laughing about it! I was completely embarrassed for the employee. As a business owner, If a manager was overheard degrading an employee in front of staff and customers, she would be asked to leave!I will not be going back to the Taco Bell at 13390 Cortez Blvd. Brooksville, Fl.
I work in fast food and they didn’t give me half of what I ordered. Asked for extra stuff and somehow that means none, there’s a reason why I don’t go to Tacobells they have never gotten an order right
I really enjoy a crunchy taco supreme. Fast service good price.
So I come here in the mornings to lurchuse breakfast before work. On multiple occasions I arrive in the drive through and no one comes to the speaker, or the window. I leave hungry and disappointed I couldn't enjoy breakfast. It may he a staffing issue, or just one worker having an issue, but im just frustrated.
I don't know who's working, but when we got here, the place was empty but I still had to stand in line for almost 20 minutes waiting to place my order. Then the soda machine is broken, & also there's someone walking around behind the counter on their cell phone not attempting to wait on anyone. I'm a disabled veteran and on a cane & they never offered me a tray to carry things, if it wasn't for another customer I wouldn't have been able to get my drinks.
My order was $3.93, i gave her $3 , 3 quarters , 1 dime and 8 Pennies, this girl opens the drive thru window like a bat out of hell telling me I owe her 20 cents , I said I counted 93 cents well she continue to argue with me about it , then call manager and continue to argue about 20 cent. Taco Bell please hire people who can count.
Where has you pride in a job well done gone? I know how hard your job is, I did it. We never would have dumped everything in the bottom of a bag, we never would have put all the hard tacos on the bottom of the bag. I know children who can roll a tortilla better than the ones we got. If I could give negative stars I would.
Very nice restaurant. Food was delicious, staff very helpful and efficient, and dining in experience was great. Thank you Taco Bell staff for a pleasant ending to our day trip today.

The restaurant had about 8-9 customers in the dining area when we placed our order. I was surprised that the wait for our food took about 20-25 min to get and then they got my friends order wrong and didn't even make one of her items! It was about 2pm so not lunch time, very disappointing
