WORST EVER!!!!!Ordered 3 Taco Supremes no tomatoes and hot sauce. Raining hard so I went thru drive thru. One older lady working in drive thru and 4 teenagers standing up front playing. Not busy. Got my tacos, light pink tomatoes that look like they have been setting in water for a week. I can take them off... no big deal. NO HOT SAUCE. Went back in ... got wet... to get hot sauce.First bite....WORST TACO EVER.MEAT COLD. LETTUCE LIMP ON TOP OF THE TOMATOES...SCARED CAUSE MEAT WAS COLD. THAT HOW YOU GET PEOPLE SICK....IF THEY EAT IT.DONT STOP HERE. EVERWill taco bell even read this. Didn't eat any of it out $7.96 and I'm a delivery driver. Can't just stop again.
Definitely a huge difference when u have people that want to work vs not. The food was better than before and more filling. Customer service was great too unlike before.
This Location ALWAYS Finds Away To Mess Up My Order!!! How Hard Is It You May Ask? I Order A Soft Taco, Beef And Cheese. That's Meat And Cheese ONLY. And Yes I Tell Them Meat And Cheese Only. They Get That Wrong. The ONLY Other Item I Order Was A Side Of Pintos And Cheese. I Tell Them NO RED SAUCE. So What Do They Do? Proceed To Put Extra Red Sauce On It. They Couldn't Get Either One Of The Two Items Correct. Managers Names Are Debbie And Kevin? Do Better Taco Bell.
The ? ? that is the best is the one by Walmart on 50 going into springhill... it absolutely ? ? ? beats out all the other taco bells in hernando county... customer service is at its peak at all times.. they fix there mistakes and yours promptly, they have amazing great attitudes. Taco bell absolutely ? knew what they were doing when they hired this crew!!!
This place was amazing, The cashier that took care of us was amazing, Debbie was her name, she really took really good care of us, the food was incredible, the team took good care of us. Highly recommended.
Remember when they were tasty and cheap? $7.00 for a burrito, taco, and soda. And the cinnamon donut holes for $6. Tiny dining room and dirty tables.

Worst taco bell in the tri-county area. I've gone there probably 4-5 times and EVERY TIME I promise my wife we'll never go again. The first time I went they were literally out of everything, no cheese, no meat, they had like beans and that's it. Every other time they've either messed up the order and forgot items or their food is just terrible. Bad oil in the fryers, cold food, old crusty beans, anything and everything terrible a taco bell could deliver on, they got it. Taco bell corporate needs to walk in to this place, fire everyone and burn the establishment to the ground. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
Tried to give me a Grilled Cheesy burrito that actually had no filling it and the size of a eggroll. I went back. This guy claimed he was a manager said that's what it was. Instead of offering to remake it he automatically just gave me money back for just the burrito and shut the window on us.
Gentleman at the drive thru window refused to accept my money? My order was 5.32, I attempt to give him 10.32 so I can just receive a 5 in return. I hand him the 10 and the change, and he says, " oh I don't want that". I figure.. okay.. he's got 32 cents? Nope, gives me 4.68. Maybe he didn't understand what I was trying to accomplish or maybe he doesn't know how to properly operate a POS system. But to refuse the money in such a totally rude manner. On a separate occasion, a different gentlemen in the drive thru laughed at me for using change at the window! I could audibly hear him joking to his coworkers on the headset for using some quarters. My fiance and I love Taco Bell. We eat at Taco Bell every day and have for the last 5 years. Now I feel harassed and embarrassed, and can't bring myself to go this location, which is the closest one to us. :(
