We come here at least once a week and it's always been awesome food and fantastic customer service. Yesterday, Friday, was horrible. The older man was not friendly and literally threw the toppings on the sandwich. He had on gloves but when he removed them to ring me up, his hands were filthy, dirt under his nails and everywhere. When I went back up to get napkins, the younger guy gave me 2. We were there before the lunch rush around 11:30, no other customers were there, now I know why. We will not be back, unless the 2 ladies we normally see are there.
I’m extremely annoyed with my experience. I get that everything is done online now a days but sometimes the internet is the slowest way to do things. I have a very short lunch and have to pick up my food as quick as possible, I tried to download the app to order ahead but I don’t have good internet connection - so I called to order a simple Tuna Sandwich. They literally refused to take my order, I was even ready to go ahead and pay over the phone if they needed me to. I explained to them my situation and they could care less, they said you have to order on the app and that’s it - with a woman yelling in the background with an attitude. I’ve been coming here for years but after today they won’t have my business anymore. That is pure laziness and bad customer service.

Gotta say my Italian hoagie was fantastic.i will be back.the young man that made all 3 did a great job.hope he's there when I go again.
The tuna protein bowl a favorite. Wraps always very good and hearty. But the prices are going up. Watch for coupons to get best deals.

There were two women at the counter at 1:30 on 2/04/2022 who were extremely rude they had to remake my sandwich after I asked light on mustard and mayo and didn’t listen. I also asked for cucumbers and pickles and they also neglected me by not listening. I am a customer that goes to subway occasionally and this store is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. I do not recommend this store.
Horrible customer service. Waited 15 minutes in line while they worked on online orders and moved slow as sloths. Finally had to leave because my lunch break was over without getting food
I’ve been going here for lunch for about 2 and a half years now and I gotta say, probably the best Subway I’ve been to. The management team and team members always give me the best customer service, even though their POs systems don’t go as planned sometimes. They always greet each customer as they walk in, and take the time to make sure each order is prepared well. Also, this one is much faster than the others I’ve been to, so I’m not standing in line for 30 minutes to get my food.I don’t give many fast food restaurants 5 stars, but they have taken care of me over the years very well. Overall, best subway in Spring Hill
