Their drinks are awesome, and they have a nice set up inside. It's conveniently located. Unfortunately, that's where it ends. Every time I come in here to get any work done, it's impossible. The place is more like a club than a coffee shop. They play the music so loud, you can't hear yourself think. If you try to have a conversation with anyone or on the phone, you can forget about it. You have to keep repeating yourself. You'd think in the age of remote work, they'd have a little more consideration for people coming in here to do work. We get tired of sitting at home all day. It would be nice to come to a place where you can get some work done.

Love the breakfast sandwiches. I have got drinks here in the past and they are very good. The service is great and they are quick to get your order. I usually use the drive-through but I sometimes go inside or do mobile order and they are fast. Alex has offered suggestions for substitutes if they are out of something and usually gets me to try something new.
It's so annoying when a refresher drink is so popular and they can't keep all the ingredients in stock. When I get a craving for it I have to travel 27 miles from Inverness FL to get to Brooksville FL. I ordered on my app which said it was available. When I got there the cup was empty and they told me they were out of lemonade. This is so ridiculous. I think I will tell the hometown store to invent a similar drink and just support them instead. Atleast the items on their menu are always there when I visit.

I have only been to Starbucks a couple of times and don’t know the drinks that well, but I described what was in a drink I had before and Dakota knew exactly what I wanted!! He was absolutely amazing!! Thank you again for your help Dakota.
Every time I come to town, Starbucks is cleaned. The staff is friendly. The service is prompt. Kudos to the manager.

They need to get other choices in sweeteners beside Splenda. Not everyone likes Splenda. I would have gave them business but they don't carry equal like the other Starbucks.
