This particular Popeyes seems to always have fresher food than other locations we’ve been to. The manager is very good and runs the restaurant well. We were just there yesterday and the girls messed up our order and the manager was very professional and handled it very well. We have 2 locations that are about the same distance away from us and we choose this one every time.
I placed multiple online ordered here before and every single time, they took over half an hour for a sandwich, fries, and a drink order.Often times, my order will not contain what I have ordered.I would not recommend this chain due to the incredibly long wait time, along with multiple cases of missing items.
I just wanted to commend the general manager of this store. I ordered was delivered wrong by uber eats. So I drove back up to the store to get the missing items and the manager replaced the entire order for us. He definitely went above and beyond what he should have done. He's a really nice guy too. And the food quality was excellent by the way. We will definitely visit here again in person.
My husband and I stopped in with our son & daughter after our son’s baseball practice, it was close to closing time, so naturally, we try to order and eat quickly, but you would never have known it was close to closing time based on our experience!!Not only was the restaurant clean, but we also got great service and the food was fresh, hot and delicious!The GM took our order and was super friendly! Then another employee came out of the kitchen area halfway through our meal to ask how everything was and chat for a quick minute.We told her that we used to come in all the time when they had different management and our experience’s started getting terrible so we stopped coming, she said she recognized us from a few weeks before, thanked us for coming back and said she hoped to see us again.She also asked permission to give our kids some cookies and brought us some apple pies!!A few extra details that took a few minutes of their time gave us a stellar experience and we will definitely return often!!
Chicken wasn't spicy. Staff claim they don't make it very spicy anymore. Could barely taste the difference between regular and spicy. Will not return even the red beans and rice was bland.
McKayla was phenomenal, she took a decidedly unfavorable situation beyond her control of little to no menu items due to a truck not delivering on Saturday and ensured I was a happy customer with what ingredients she did have on hand. I was thoroughly impressed with her ability to overcome a terrible situation and am sure to return due to her exemplary customer service.
McKayla, might be spelled wrong, was very nice and helpful. The chicken and everything was good! I would like some unsweet tea out in the lobby, but no big deal. The $6 box is worth IT! thanks
I just wanna said thank you to the manager that call me , i see someone is listening to their customers i was actually suprise to receive the call and i will give this popeyes another chance just with that attention to detail i will change my review i was offer a due over on the house which i will take up in the future.
A few weeks ago, I went through the drive -thru for a sandwich. I had to wait a few moments due to they only had 2 people working the entire store. I understood with all the shortages going on these days. When I went to the window to pick-up, the woman was so pleasant and cheerful. A very nice person. The sandwich was the Louisiana Spicy and it was the best. I have enjoyed quite a few in the last month and each is perfect. Crispy breading with a perfectly cooked, 1 inch solid piece of chicken. Popeyes has all other chicken sandwiches beat completely. There is no competition on this one. They offer the 100% meat sandwich with the best coating. I will never eat another brand of chicken sandwich.....#1 Hands Down!!
Long wait time. I guess they were out of chick and had to recook it. Chicken was hot delicious. French fries were hot and delicious. And the people that waited on us at they drive through were very nice.
