First off, I started to order off line but was having difficulty, so I ended up calling in my order. After asking about the specials, I was told that if you want specials, you have to order off line. Which made zero sense to me, but I digress....After ordering 2 large pizzas. One was a thin crust with 2 toppings costing And a brownie and a soda. I was charged 60.58 + I gave a tip of 11.00 for a pm grand total of $71.58...onr
We ordered 2 pizzas and when we got them home, they were so burnt that they really were not edible. I decided to try the New York Pizza and ordered double pepperoni. That was a joke. We are used to a Mom & Pop pizza place in Michigan that loads up the toppings and everything is the highest quality...not to mention their prices are better than Papa John's. So, I emailed the store and let them know that I threw away the rest of the pizza because the bottom was black. Mary replied and offered us 50% off our next order. So, I called the following week and spoke with Todd to place my order. I ordered a Hawaiian BBQ Chicken pizza and a "The Meats" pizza. Right away Todd starts telling me they cannot do them lightly baked. WTF! So, he finally said he would push them further in to the machine so they wouldn't bake as long. My husband goes to pick them up and there is only the BBQ pizza and Todd tells my husband that I only ordered one. My husband tells him that he heard the entire conversation and I definitely ordered two. Nothing like calling your customer a liar when you know they've already had problems with your store. So, my husband walks out and picked up Zaxby's for dinner. I will never, ever do business with Papa John's again.

I never post on things like this, but, I ordered a pizza from here and it looked as if it was tossed in the box, two of the pizza slices looked like it was pick up and tossed about and put in box. I called them an reported it. They said i was to get a new one in 30 minutes. Well i thought, it went from 30 minutes to over 1 hour and 25 minutes! Now I'm mad all i wanted was pizza i paid my hard work money on. But then i called them an i was told it was delivered. What a lie!!! It was never delivered. They were mad that i called and the delivery person decided to lie to his boss about it. Year 2022 and people are still ignorant. Won't order here again! And i used to praise them about how they were. They are now liers in my book.
The Pizza here is really good just like all other Papa John's but what makes this place special are the people professional all of them prompt delivery and high spirited and sociable love this place keep up the good work

Seriously the best Papa John’s I’ve ever had, and I’ve lived all over Florida. Staff is sooo nice and service is super fast! Will be a customer for decades to come!!
I placed order using online system was given estimated time of 40 minutes. Little over an hour later I called to check on order. Was told food was ready but there was no driver for another 45 minutes. If I wanted I could come pick it up. No apologies just told that website was not accurate. Once home realize I did not get my drinks.
