My husband and I went there recently and to say that I was not impressed with the staff as an understatement. They were rude and put out and not for nothing the experience of Moses hearing welcome to Moe's when you walk through the door. Which never happened. Then I ordered the steak bowl my steak was cold I actually had a piece that was so Frozen. The cilantro rice that I got half of it was cooked and half of it was not nothing like crunching on your rice.then get up to the salsa bar and everything was empty and when asked if we could get some more it was like I was asking them to fill the salad bar or excuse me salsa bar with gold. I probably will never return to this Moe's ever again one of the worst experiences I've ever had and not for nothing for $40 I would expect my food to be at least warm. Do better

Unfortunately I was very disappointed I went there and spent 35 bucks got two nacho trays one with beef onions peppers and mushrooms and the other nacho tray with Adobo chicken and steak, I also got a homewrecker burrito. Everything was extremely over salty almost uneatable I literally washed the chicken off with water, I decided to give it another try and went the very next day and unfortunately it was the same thing I got two homewrecker burritos and a homewrecker bowl and again everything was extremely over salted, I will not be visiting again, everybody was very pleasant though nice employees very upbeat etc

I feel bad not rating this place higher because I friggin love Moes, but wow did I just have a very disappointing experience. Every employee seemed to hate the fact that my husband and I were there. None of the famous “welcome to Moes”. I was met with someone who eyerolled and had an airpod in his ear… that sucked. Also having to apologetically ask for chips even when they come with our meal was kinda weird. Yeah that just sucked. Maybe just don’t go to Moes after 8 or something?

I love Moe's... the food is always good. This location is lacking in customer service and cleanliness. None of the tables were clean, no ice, no napkins, no utensils, and the welcome to Moe's that everyone is greeted with was just barely a mumble.

Surprised, it was very good. Close to my house I didn't have to go far. Food was packed very neatly. Tasted great. People were friendly. Food was ready super fast. Gonna go back soon.

A few months I stopped going to Moe’s. Everything was off, including the rotten-ish cilantro. It didn’t just happen once, several trips that made me call it quits. Well, the Moe’s craving kicked in once again and I decided to give it ONE more chance. I’m glad I did. There’s a whole NEW staff and the food is 10/10. Sooo fresh and yummy! The best Moe’s location I’ve ever visited has been the one in Asheville and this one taste just like it.

Just had THE BEST experience I’ve ever had at moes tonight. We came in 20 minutes before close and the WHOLE team still had a fantastic attitude. Especially the worker named Tyler. He kept us beyond entertained while we grabbed our late night snack. Thanks moes to never disappointing!

Clean and quick. Some Moe's take care of you, and some don't. This is one of the ones that do :-)

The food was good but for a chicken and cheese quesadilla and a water it was $10, plus the chips were mid.

I've been to quite a few Moe's over the years and I'm so glad that the one in my hometown is the best one. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here:)
